Thank you for saying hi, you made my day 😁 The babies are so big and beautiful. My girls are heritage breeds and have just turned 20 weeks, so excited to see who will lay me their first egg in a few weeks time 😊
RatGirl44 Hello, those are round metal one quart hanging waterer and feeder. They work great for chicks and I use them for feeding stations in my big coop when I introduce new hens. I got them at my local feed store. Thanks and Happy Chicken Keeping!
I bought 2 black star chicks they are about three weeks and they are significantly smaller than the others the same age but healthy did you have the same issue and they catch up later ?
Hi Derek, yes the slower ones do catch up.over time unless you have two bantam. I don't have IG or Facebook....my channel is enough social media. Too much social media is bad .... in my opinion 🙂
Hello. You should offer the heat lamp on one side of the brooder and if they don't want it, they will go to the other side. Do that until they are 4 to 6 weeks old and have feathers like mine. Good luck and thanks for watching!
@@shoters8483 Nor at all. The size you are seeing in the video with the side coop where the chicks are, ended being about 4000 total build for everything. Then of course we bought the rocks and other decor. You could also search on Amazon for a coop kit. Good luck!
They are so awesome, beautiful colors already and nice chicken coop. Yeah mine version of the adults.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks so much and thanks for watching! 🐓
I have four barred rock pullets they are five in a half weeks old and they are the sweetest things!! I just love them
Homestead with Hunter That is awesome. Barred Rocks ROCK! You should have eggs soon. Thanks for watching.
I love hearing you talk, not only to the viewers' but to the chickens. You have some tough decisions ahead of you as you thin your flock. 😐
Thanks for watching and I appreciate the comment. I cant wait to start a new flock in July with new babies! Stay tuned for new videos. 🐓🐥🥚
