I love Kampung Baru KL. It would be nice to have your own market at your door step. I find most vendor there are Malay descent, they are hardworking, honest and down to earth. The daily goods there are somehow cheaper and fresh from nearby supermarket brand. I think Kampung Baru is a hidden gem at Kuala Lumpur that many tourist over looked.People there are friendly and very helpful. The community sense are strong here. I am a Malaysian of Chinese descent and I always find cheap but homely accommodation in the village, and the food there are awesome! It is a great location with great transportation link to the city. This is the part of Malaysia I always remember and always introduce to my fellow ''Angmo''.I hope the village can be listed and redeveloped into a heritage side before it all gone. Can't wait for my next holiday travelling home.
Perhaps could include how the bathroom drain fitting is like as an in depth details. Some that has the SANSICO fitting might be a problem if it’s not sealed properly, causing dangerous sewage gas to surface. On top of that, maybe, just maybe could obtain pipe layouts too if there’s such thing cuz some units drain out on a single drain pipe, if that clogs .. massive headache.
Exactly! My kitchen and washing machine drainage shared the same pipe! Can you imagine when the pipe size unable to cope the washing machine drainage and all the waste water filled out, oily and dirty water all over the floor 😩😩😩 I'm pity with all the residence here, lucky I am as I just rent the unit
Lokasi ini sememangnya memberikan kepuasan makan Dan jalan2 santai.. pelbagai jenis makanan ada di kwsn sekitar, kedai, pasar pagi, Dan yg paling best dekat dgn KLCC N KL TOWER.. Shopping mall ..woww 😍🤩👍
For 700K, the quality seems like… RUMAWIP level. Such a shame. UDA is also marketing its other Legasi series, and one of them is Legasi Jubilee located opposite PR1MA Jalan Jubilee. Hope it’s not as rushed/poorly planned as this one.
We were there for 4 days as tourists at 2 different units different sides. One stay was at the studio apartment with 2 doors ( bigger suite) and an amazingly unforgettable veiw of the petronus, saloma, merdeka 118 ,kl tower, the exchange...it was a veiw which i will forever cherish.
Great location, I don't mind the Kampung view, if you have Malay taste buds, it's a foodie heaven. But the works and the finishing are rather poor. I'll consider for one or 2 years rental stay.
Internet access is indeed a very important factor. Especially now that remote work is becoming the norm. Working from home becomes working from anywhere as long there is high speed internet access. No fiber..... no shortlist. Thanks for sharing. As always, great presentation.
The entrance made me lol. Then the 2 lifts per block haha. The piping in the refuse chamber made me open my mouth wide. What else, the tiles, the cracks, the overall workmanship, leasehold. What is this? A renovated low cost flat?? The only saving grace is maybeeeee the swimming pool. No informed person will be paying RM2900 for a unit here.. unless you partition like mad. I pity the buyers man.. Sorry for being so cynical but this type of developer just kinda pisses me off.
The only justification would be the distance to Jalan Ampang in front of KLCC. This is just so convenient if you're starting your career in KL. No worries about being cynical!! Haha:) Thanks for watching as usual Poppy!
Yes you are right, after watching your videos I started to do plenty of research before buying a property, learn the good and bad sides of the property, until I am interested with one property which you reviewed previously. Thank you for all your hard works!
@@iherng and also, the landscape of the podium itself does not potray the "premiumness" of the property. Lousy finishing and design, chamfering is all over the place..600k to 1mil with that glossy tile? what kind of idiotic architect design a premium Condo facility facing a low cost housing apartment without any landscape/design to provide privacy?!? What a joke.. Comparing with other competitive developer its like heaven and earth.
agree. but the location and for investment purpose. most buyer can close one eye la. pretend didn't see it la. anyway, I think this project is for Bumi only because the land title is Kampung Baru (melayu)
Because of the flooding in the last few days, can you add the terrain situation of the project located in to your review. Based on the government's consistency , I believe there will be more and more flooding situations in the future.
Well at most I can give aerial views, its almost impossible to accurately determine the ground level and terrain based on naked eye alone. But thanks for watching 😁
I live in the white condominium next to this legasi condo. There were no flooding in the area. Only sporadic flash floods thats 4” deep near the makan2 area. You can see my condo from the window where he was looking out of.
600k for this feels like a development in Sabah. leasehold, expensive, kinda meh design. the only good thing is the view.. which is kinda ok-ish. while watching, nope nope nope is what in my mind
Honest direct review Sean...so much of poor quality job!for the price, its not worth it,even for the view! The kpg houses r the most tolerable(coz heritage),but NOT the flats,cemetery...i rather stay in the kampung house than this high cost flats-i'd define it!
Yes. I went to the showroom in 2018, they said is for Bumi only. sad. they also have affordable uniit for RM 300k to those whose IC is Kampong Baru address. Yes, u read it right. when they told me, I was like @@. but then they said is the land title issue. so congrats to those got the RM300k unit.
I think the sales person may be misinformed. Both Bumi and Non-Bumi can buy la when I inquired in June 2018. Just that, a certain allocation is to the former owners of the land. Do correct me if I’m wrong.
It is a not a malay reserve. The land is a leasehold land. Belonged to the Selangor State gov before Uda bought it. 300k units are sold to developers cronies.
Workaholics are like that. In fact I just passed all the necessary items to my parents, helped around a little bit then back to work. Thanks for watching!!

it's so weird that I'm actually more interested in living in the flat opposite this property. seems more lively.
Wow! Totally different range with Star Residence though 🤣🤣 Also would be interesting to explore properties located at Sri Rampai Lrt Station!
nowadays Sri Rampai there is very dense, but now alot of property provide the free shuttle van/bus to LRT station.
the location is premium. however the workmanship of the finishes is questionable...
