Chicago water is a joke, they had a bust water line under the side walk and I was getting 2k water bills. They finally came after the library called cause they had water in the library, my bill went down to $200 after.
Does everyone have to go through the 311 process to get something fixed or done ? Do the politicians , mayor , chief of police , rich people etc all have to call 311 and wait ?
