- Ok this is my first time ever that i draw human beings (and do an animatic with humans) AND
DRAW DIGITAL!! I usually don't draw digital lol
sooo I KNOW THIS DOESNT LOOK GOOD OK???!?!? even though I tried really hard some of the
drawings dont looks so clean, SORRY ABOUT THAT.
this Video took me about 35 hours to make
(about 15 hours drawing since I dont draw human and dont draw digital the other hours are only for editing)

This is wonderful, I just wish he took the moonstone instead of Cassandra. Like i think a better Twist would have Been that HE was Gothels child instead. Perhaps making a deal to keep the Sunstone safe in exchange for putting protections on the Moonstone.

I still don't see why Varian blames Rapunzel for what happened to his dad, since it was 100% HIS fault with his experiments on the black spikes.
Sure Rapunzel broke her promise to come help when he needed her, but what did he expect exactly? They were in the middle of a BLIZZARD that was DESTROYING everything and putting EVERYBODY in danger, and people were putting pressure on her as the princess of the kingdom, and currently the ONLY royal around at the time because her parents were away, to make the right decision on the situation. Maybe if her parents had been home to handle things she COULD HAVE left with him to go help with his dad....
Though even IF she HAD dropped everything and formed a small army to come help him, seeing how LONG it took Varian to reach the capital, and how FAR he had to walk, and the fact that his dad was already submerged in amber by the time he came back home alone, what did he think Rapunzel could have done exactly?
I don't think even her magic hair would have been able to stop the amber from spreading even IF they HAD gotten there on time through the raging blizzard that was going on outside before the dad was complete covered. *lol* even with horses, the blizzard alone would have slowed them all down and what happened to the dad would have still been locked in amber.
It wasn’t just that, the whole kingdom turned their backs on him, spreading a false rumor that he was a criminal. Also she didn’t even bother to check up on him after the blizzard. And was only concerned about Corona.
see first off rapunzel asked him to do research on it and while yes it wasnt fully raunzels fault it wasnt fully his fault either theres also the fact he was 14 and they dragged him out of the castle(shelter) and tossed him into a blizzard which could have killed him i do believe i remember hearing its to dangerous and any time spent out there could kill you during that episode and there is also the whole rumor thing he was practically chased out of his own home by the guard and corona in general refused to help him based off a rumor he attacked the princess (which reminds me of what cassandra said about being careful because the wizard who lives here may be dangerous) then there was multiple episodes inbetween that and the whole going to get something for varian from his own house they didnt think to check up on him at all the king may have said he was fine but he may have not even made it home the only reason we as viewers knew that he was was because of A. the end scene B. the fact its a kid show he was at the time rightfully freaking out and he didnt even get help with the problem when they were free and remember how you said how far he had to walk how long it would take to reach the capital think about it he had to do that twice in a blizzard then he was completely abandoned by the rest of corona's citizens..... so no its not 100% his fault while he isnt blameless it's truly everyone's fault im sorry i just needed to point this out
