Orrrrr the animator wanted to keep the symmetry of the shot. If you look at Cleves' verse you'll see there are only 4 wives saying the Ja's. Parr is once again absent but this time she has no reason to be. And also in the actual West end and soundtrack versions of the song the performer for Parr does in fact say Rude with the others wives. It was a nice theory but it's either wrong or the animator is sloppy
Why do I think parr saying survived like she wished she hadn’t is the funniest thing in the world?

Anne Boylen and Katherine Howard are first cousins with Jane Seymour as their 2nd cousin.
Catherine of Aragon was the godmother of Katherine Parr. Katherine was actually named after her.

I love how Cathrine of Aragon has a big tiara because she’s the “true” queen of England, while Anna of Cleves has a smaller, irregular tiara because she was still princess of Wales before marrying Henry.
Edit: I apologize, Cathrine of Aragon was Princess of Wales before becoming Queen of England. However, after the marriage Anna was still seen as a very powerful and rich woman due to the divorce settlement. So the crown still fits.

He broke into the King's apartments and, when a dog barked, he shot it. The noise alerted one of the guards who alerted Edward VI. The fact that he groomed his wife's teenage stepdaughter (because really, that's what Princess Elizabeth was to Catherine Parr) behind her back while she was pregnant with his child (Catherine Parr died either in childbirth/shortly postpartum) is absolutely sickening.

@@maydayjanette226 not really a fan of musicles, or Hamilton, but I can confidently say that Hamilton is far better than six. In general American musicals are a lot better than British ones
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy certain bits of the soundtrack of both, but as someone who can't stand sitting through musicals, I can tolerate Hamilton vs only enjoying 2 songs from six and not being able to sit through anything else without annoyance and boredom.
Of course it's gonna be inaccurate, it's more of an adaptation than an accurate textbook. That's like saying the movies suck because the directors didn't do what some books say beat for beat. They're both adaptations, so you can choose to edit it for whatever reason.
Like in Perks of Being a Wallflower (movie) Patrick was called nothing because of the first scene in shop class when he stood up to him. In the book "Nothing" was a stuck around nickname from older times since other kids called him Patty.
In Hamilton, Philip Hamilton was shot at pace 7 and then dies by the end of stay alive reprise for story structure. In history, Philip was shot way later and stays alive for at least about 3 hours which was remarkable for the time.
Again they're adaptations rather than beat for beat tellings from what they are

You also can’t say that the Queens did just as much as the man who revolutionalised Healthcare, Influenced Euroskepticism, Kickstarted the Renaissance, Popularised Football in England, translated the bible from Latin to English, formed a new church, made England one of the first countries to turn against Catholicism, and changed England almost completely.
@@hngh6404 I can name several from your list that are better known for their deaths or popular myths than their accomplishments. Perhaps a better statement would be that popular history likes to overlook women's accomplishments in favor of whatever mud can be slung their way if they're anything less than saintly? You don't learn the good stuff until you dig deeper or you're lucky enough to have a history teacher that enjoys doing their job beyond checking boxes on the curriculum.

Their outfits are actually based on modern day popstars/artists, aswell as their songs. Aragon's outfit is a silhouette reminiscent of Beyoncé's. Possibly to reference her Queen Bee status.
Boleyn's is (possibly) based off of the artist Lily Allen, although for sure her song is based off of her discography. They both share an eccentric, colorful and sometimes vulgar nature in their songs.
Cleves' outfit was based off of Nicki Minaj, while her song is a nod to Nicki and Rihanna. This really buys into her braggadocio nature in the song and confidence.
Seymour's song and dress are heavily based off of Adele and her discography. Adele's songs usually consist of depressing and "moving on" themes, so yea.
Howard's outfit is obviously heavily based on Ariana Grande's outfit silhouette while her song is heavily inspired by Britney Spears. Although, her outfit being the most revealing out of the Six does symbolize how sexualized she was and her "promiscuous" image in history, so yea.
Parr is based off of Alicia Keys in terms of outfit and maybe song. Possibly representing her confidence due to the bold nature of Alicia's image.

It coincides nicely with how it is said that both Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn wore yellow to church after her death. It is debated whether it was in celebration or mourning.
-Anne of Cleves was most likely not unattractive and her portrait was probably more true to life than retold. Hans Holbein had a reputation to uphold as painting in perfect likeness, and not just painting a lie. Anne had rejected Henry VIII, who had disguised himself and made a move on her in an attempt to make a demonstration of 'true love' by her seeing through the disguise. She didn't and embarrassed him with the rejection. So of course he'd turn it around and made it out to be SHE'S the ugly one. He was also looking for any way to get out of the marriage, and Anne was unfamiliar with the matters of 'consummating the marriage'. In fact, it was most likely that Henry was the repulsive one, considering his accident and subsequent sedentary lifestyle. It should be noted that even with his claims of her unattractiveness, he never actually said Holbein's portrait was inaccurate.
-Parr is only considered 'survived' because she survived the marriage until the end of his reign. Anne of Cleves actually outlived all of them.

I wished that the play used these facts instead of using the excuses Henry made. But it isn't the writers' fault, it's Henry's for not owning up to his actions.
As someone that as study art history I feel I should mention something about the 15th century and other time periods before and after. Back then fat people were considered ideal. It showed that a person had enough money to eat regularly. Fat had a correlation with wealth and thus was seen as attractive. So calling Henry repulsive is a bit of a paradox if you look back at the time.
