It's from a deleted scene in empire's strike back. Its on the official soundtrack. There was supposed to be a scene of Luke getting dragged to the Wampa cave but it was deleted. I wish it was kept in cuz this song is awesome

The two GOATs!
Good news everyone, Dash Rendar is canon again!
Really wasted opportunity to have never made this into a movie. The multi-media project was very ambitious, it was cool to need to get all the pieces to understand the full story. Dash Rendar as the protagonist of the video game, see Boba Fett's whole journey to drop off Solo at Jabba's through the comics, and get the full meat of the story with the novel which remains my favorite from the SW EU.
Is this John Williams? Because this shit is amazing. Been on repeat in my head since I first played back when it was released. The nostalgia!
Yes, this was composed by him. Although in The Empire Strikes Back, it actually doesn't play beyond the first seven-ish seconds.
Childhood memories right here!!!!
Thank you for this remake :)

They need to make Dash Rendar canon in the Mandalorian.
If you get one of the updated versions of the ost for the films, empire’s opening sequence has this in it.
This is fantastic
