Yr overthinking it. That color green can go with a multitude of colors as a accent piece. It even goes with the outfit you have on now..the pink and green is stunning and quirky

For Chanel dress what about a taupe tight (the color of the hermes sweater) and a cool toned Chelsea boot? Also maybe wear with one of those pearl necklaces that look like a collar. If you did a black collar that might make black tights more doable.

Wear the purse with all black or all brown or all gray. You get the idea. I have even carried a purse to shop for a matching color outfit!

I wish Chanel didn’t make all their dresses a mini. One wrong move and my butt cheeks are out! 😂 But yeah, a thick knit dress that is mini has limited use for us in Toronto. I do have two dresses that are either in a cotton or thinner cashmere and those work for those crisp days. But aside from that, they really need to make their dresses longer if they are doing thick knits.

May I suggest sheer pantyhose nude or black and a knee high boot with the Chanel dress? Very Mod. It’s a wonder fabric but also an early fall.def make use of that dress
I hate everything Hermes sells that is not a belt or bag. I just do not understand why anyone would purchase clothing from a leather store. I made the mistake of buying the Oran sandals and I wish I never did. They have brilliant marketing, forcing you to buy all the other junk just to "maybe" get on the list for a bag. Not worth it!
But the scarves and twillies. The only thing is they mostly cost more on resale than in the store.
Re the Chanel dress. How about white tights and white knee high patent boots? Like - 60's air hostess vibes!

I’m curious if the green Chanel was a regret becuase the colour is hard to wear or the becuase of the overall style? I’ve never seen that Chanel and It’s seriously HOT!
Actually Pink and Green are opposites on the color wheel, which means they're complementary colors, so you really can just garp the green chanel bag and go wearing this pink pullover...also the Hermes shirt will look great on you as matches your eyes' colors, but I understand you don't like these washed out colors
If you look I side the chanel dress there is a color grey..that can be the color of the tights you wear with it
Oh man- I'm sorry you're not feeling the Chanel sweater dress... I thought it looked SO good on you, & I really think it would be fine with black tights, or maroon, or maybe even over a super skinny pant. At the same time, though, I totally get that if you're just not feeling it, you probably won't get the wear out of it, to justify the expense. I'm sure you would be able to sell it at a decent price- the color story is gorgeous!

You have regrets about Chanel and Hermes because it is not your style, color variation and weather conditions. These things are done to be worn in other circumstances. In the USA the whole life is totally different as in Europe.

I always love your videos. However, I think you should look into the slow fashion movement. Whenever I shop I always ask myself about at least five ways I can style my piece with the items I own.
Fabrics also influence your mood.
I would just use the Chanel dress with a pair of jeans underneath, or a pair of burgundy pants. I have been using short dresses as long sweaters for years.

The burgundy dress needs same color tights. Not black, not nude, but burgundy. Everything else will make the dress look cheap. - And the green bag you showed at the end actually matches the CC on the burgundy dress perfectly. Which would make a beautiful outfit (with burgundy tights, of course). Just sayin...

Gurl, that Chanel dress is ugly, and that’s why it’s hard to style! Don’t beat yourself up because we’ve all bought ugly clothes, thinking we can make it work! AND yes, when I saw you wear it, I thought it would look sooooo much better with black tights and a black shoe/boot. If you can sew, maybe you can upcycle it! Cut it up and rework it with denim. That’s my two cents! ❤ With love!
