The salads look awesome, mix in tabouli... very healthy for you too... and a lamb shank!!! You know how hard it is to find a place that serves lamb...
As soon as I saw the potato salad(Salade Olivier) the Shirazi salad, the kebabs(barge kebob) the Khormeh Sabzi and the Dolmeh I knew Persians were behind it. And then hearing the Persian name of the owner of the cook, Mitra… I knew 100% that this place is amazing. I am Persian of origins and seeing the low price of this Buffet and the delicious food made me want to fly to Vegas just to eat there ! Great video , such a unique find in Las Vegas.

I saw this place on DDD, didn't realize it was a buffet, what deal at the price, a wide variety of high quality items and everything looked fresh and delicious, putting this one on my list for next time I'm in town, great review guys

OMG this was the stuff I grew up eating for Sunday dinners at my Armenian grandma's house 😋 I'm definitely gonna hit this place next time I get to Vegas!
I've lived in the Middle East. It is the most delicious food I've ever had. And yes, I am a food snob. Grocery stores are like nothing else: fresh olive offerings from every M.E. country, each different. Brick ovens baking pita bread all day, massive platters of pistachio-covered baklava, dripping in honey. Fruits ripe ripe ripe: mangoes, persimmons, blood oranges, kiwi, fresh Majdool dates. Family that runs this restaurant: where are they from? If it was stated I missed it. Only thing I didn't see were mounds of French fries. Always were served on huge platters with the grilled meats. Thank you for posting this. Many wonderful memories came back.

In this video I generally avoid salads in general and I skip to the hot food selections but there hot food's are somewhat limited as I have been to other buffets and I am very careful and picky where I go but one item stuck out and that was the lamb shanks and I could plan my own menu around the other menu selections but usually I take another look and see how it is prepared and with what sauce then I will have to decide the total theme of the food presentation and the layout but usually I go for the high end items like the salmon and the shrimp and I avoid chicken unless it's done with preserved lemon Moroccan style as I had a friend make it for me at my wedding reception because you can't get that any time but I saw no beef or veal of any kind but this buffet is not international that's for sure but for 20.00 per person plus desserts not to bad I must say but I know why it's so cheap it's because people are gambling as my parents uncles and aunts would fly to Vegas from Honolulu Hawaii coach or economy class and not business or 1st class as it doesn't take to long and my father would stay on the table for a long time and my mother would play the slot machine's and the rooms are not expensive and ATLANTIC CITY IS really hurting for business people but I don't gamble all I do is watch

Interestingly enough, when the restaurant was on DDD, it hadn’t been converted into a buffet yet. It became a buffet three months ago.
