That's looking beautiful. But how do you get such clean textures, each time I convert them to DDS I get some visible artifacts, I'm using Paint net by the way.
I'm not familiar with the application of Paint so I couldn't tell you there, I've been using GIMP with dds plugins for it. Don't know if that'll help, but they're both free the very least!

There have been some texture mods around before, including my take on the NYPD. His stuff's total gold, though!

Is it possible to remove the World Financial Center from the 1978 gameworld? The building wasn't built until the 1980s, so it shouldn't be there.
