- A cobra back really sets off a complete physique. In my training, I use a variety of grip variations and single arm techniques to really maximise my training. Here are some of the tips I use, filmed recently at the legendary Muscleworks Gym in London.

holy shit! just learnt about this guy in an abs video, my back has grown like crazy since I jumped back on the train afa diet and gym goes, but back is my strongest muscle group and even though my workouts are super hard and I burn crazy calories, I feel zero after burn.
dumbbell rows are the one that drain me the most, but I'm gonna try replacing with that single arm cable row, it looks crazy!
The pull ups at the start are going to really help me with my ninja warrior training, thank you 🙏

I got my work cut out for me. Not sure I can do 40 reps. Maybe I’ll start with 3 reps per set. Had some health issues set me back but I’m ready to get back to it 🎉

Tbar rows are deadly cause it puts so much stress on your spine, reason that exercise equipment is usually one of the most unoccupied in most gyms
Try to lift moderate weight until all your muscles develope strength
Ego lifting. Sometime your ego lifting and don’t even know it. There should be so much weight that you loose so much oxygen. If your heavy on bent over rows keep rep ranges within 6-8 then super set on a machine

Well, that basically hits every muscle in the back except the Traps.......I wouldn't advice anyone to do all those exercises in 1 session though, just pick 3 or 4 at most, 3 to 5 sets of 10 reps per exercise. A maximum of 20 sets is more than enough for a back workout
