I'd love to see one of these for Delta Green. It's a system I'm learning a little about at the moment as I'm trying to pick a system for a mystery idea I have.

It's spreading through Europe, and the CDC reckons it is quietly spreading through the USA. An Italian decided to take a vacation in Spain... and happened to bring the virus with him.
Ok but how do you determine points in those skills? I have the trail of Cthulhu game that uses this system and I am unsure as to how you determine points for the skills
Each game gives different numbers of points for character creation. Typically, there’s a fixed number for General abilities, but the amount for Investigative abilities varies with the number of players in your game.
