Puff pastry recipe
Ingredients:
2 puff pastry rolls
250g cottage cheese
50g sugar
1tbs milk
1egg
1 pudding pack
1 vanilla pack
Powdered sugar
Add 1 pack pudding powder
1 packet vanilla powder
50g sugar
1tbsp milk
250g cottage cheese cream
Mix well
1 egg
Mix it again
Add this mixture on 1 puff pastry roll
Cover it with 2nd puff pastry roll
Cut it with cutter
Shape the puff pastry and place it on the baking sheet
smear with eggs
Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 25 to 30 mins
Puff pastries are ready to serve
