I was wondering about alarms with sound but I saw that you already replied that it's fine if you turn it off as soon as it starts. That's good because I'd like to visit Japan one day and I'm considering staying at a capsule hotel when I do. I just need a place to sleep at night and somewhere to take a shower and store my stuff, other than that I won't spent much time there at all as I'll be too busy exploring all I can. So that's why I don't see the point in paying for a expensive hotel room I'll barely use.
Yes, if you don't have much time to spend in a hotel, you can save money by staying at a capsule hotel and have a great time! Capsule hotels are also very comfortable. There is also a place to store your luggage, so don't worry.
I understand why they wouldn't want sound alarms, but how do you wake up on time? I'm perpetually exhausted and have to have an alarm. This may be why I find the concept crazy. 😅
It's a vexing problem. But I have the impression that there are few places that completely prohibit sounding alarms. I think it is tolerated to some extent as long as you don't leave late at night or extremely early in the morning. If you stop the sound as soon as it goes off, it's fine! But if you keep sleeping all the time, it might be a problem😂
This capsule is famous, so you probably already know about it. I had never been there before so it was fun. I'm making videos from my own perspective, so if you have time, I'd be happy if you could watch them!

C'est dommage que vous ne puissiez pas venir au Japon cet été, mais j'espère que vous viendrez nous rendre visite une autre fois. 今度カプセルホテル初体験なんですけど、いつも思っているのが寝すぎてチェックイン時間ギリギリになったことって無いですか？
目覚まし時計かけると迷惑になるだろうからどうやって起きているんだろうと思って。
コメントありがとうございます！カプセルホテルにもよりますが、アラームがついてるところは備え付けのタイマーかけて鳴らしてしまいますね。光で起こしてくれるところもありますｗ 音がダメの場所は、非常識の時間（深夜など）でなければ、なるべく枕元の下に置いておくなどして配慮して使っています。確かに寝坊は怖いでです😭
