If you see in the vid they had all of the girls socials to message people so they do get suspicious they are gone so they will be doing good background check's on all the people that go to the open house so they know they can get people that are lone or not very social that's why it never happens.

A few thoughts. 1.The first time she got the note slide under the door about her cat, she should've got the puck out of there. 2. Finding your door open in the middle of the night when you know you locked it. Red flag, run! 3. The neighbors are wayyy too friendly with each other, no conflicts w/each other? Red flag, run! Last, always bet that the creepy/rude person is likely the one to trust vs the overly nice people; because the odd person is showing their true self..Feel bad for the friend and the creepy guy.

That's why I only go to Ikea to buy Swedish meatballs and parlor palms because the furniture doesn't last, which ends up costing you more because you have to keep buying them.
i bought a $15 bed stand and actually used it as a ladder until i got a real one, and its still looks like i just got it. btw i weigh like 190 so yea. also i have a ikea shower curtain that was 50 cents and its just plain plastic but doesn't even have one rip after i constantly step on it and or sometimes trip on it. and one of my freinds room furniture is all from ikea and she's had the same furniture since she was like 10 (were both fully grown adults) she has this book shelf that's nailed into the wall and has around 70 books on it, stacked ontop of eachother including hardcover books like the harry potter series. idk where you live but my ikea is the best place to buy cheap long lasting furniture.

yeah could have made it a 2 n half hour movie what happened too movies that became 2 + hours now everything is barely an hour n 20 mins... so many movies could be easy 3+ hours or legit TV SHOWS!!! this is SOOO a tv show idea!!!!

There isn't a sequel. However, they ending gives the idea, that she is stronger now than she was at the beginning. She runs and continues to run. At the beginning of the movie, she had never lived on her own, and was a people pleaser. Now she had a will to live. It's a pretty good movie.

This film looks like a companion piece or an unofficial prequel to the Invitation (2015). In that movie, some random people, who all have a connection to the hostess, are invited to a dinner party. They then discover that they are to be sacrificed by a doomsday cult that the hostess is a member of. But what I find so intriguing is that both films end similarly.
At the end of the Invitation, the survivors who escaped the slaughter discovered the cultist were signaling that they had completed their task by turning on a red light in the homes they infiltrated. And those lights were flashing all over the city. 【•】_【•】
This whole thing give me Midsommar vibes...a little less eerie but similar level of discomfort

I really enjoyed this movie. It was so intense. The actress who played Sarah was so convincing when she pretends to be brainwashed but you can see in her eyes that she’s still terrified and just going through the motions until she can find an opportunity to escape.
15:10 Lisa repeated the words of encouragement to Sarah that she said earlier in the movie, “Sarah, please, it’s _your_ f*cking life.” Which gave Sarah the courage to fight back and escape. I hated that Lisa died so cheaply and so quickly after. That pissed me off.
16:09 you should’ve mentioned that while that guy was pulling her back in, she begged Lester to shoot her, that she’d rather be dead than go back inside. It was so emotional, and I don’t blame her. I would’ve said the same.
I mean the beginning of moving in sounds terrible but once you’re in it didn’t seem so bad. I guess I’m just a sucker for a rent controlled apartment, cult/smult tell me it comes with all utilities included and I’ll bring the nail’s myself 😂
