  • Pizza Omelette Recipe Easy Egg Breakfast
    Ingredients:
    * 6 large eggs
    * 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni slices
    * 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    * Salt to taste
    * 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
    * 1 medium onions
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * 1/2 cup bell peppers
    * 1 tomato, chopped
    * Green onions
    * Chili pepper
    * 1 tsp sesame oil
    * Salt to taste
    * 1 tsp oyster sauce
    * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    * Chicken bouillon
    * 2 tbsp Chicken broth (optional)
    Instructions:
    1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
    2. Chop all vegetables
    3. Place a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Allow the oil to heat up.
    4. Once the skillet is hot, add pepperoni, cook on both sides until slightly brown. Remove and set aside.
    5. Add garlic, onions, green onions to skillet and cook until fragrant.
    6. Once fragrant, add bell peppers, tomatoes and Chili pepper, cook for 2 minutes on low to medium.
    7. Add chicken bouillon, oyster sauce, salt and Worcestershire sauce, stir and allow to cook until vegetables are slightly tender.
    8. Add chicken broth and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
    9. Add eggs into the sauce. Let the eggs cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes until it start to set.
    10. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the eggs and the pepperoni slices. Cook the omelette for another 1-2 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese has melted to preference.
    11. Garnish with green onion. Serve with avocado and toast and enjoy!
