To answer your question since you obviously aren’t aware! Innocent people should be scared of the law! Especially when some stupid cop believes you’re guilty of a crime you never committed whoever someone files a false police report and the cops come knocking on your door asking you questions and not knowing why you’re being asked these questions you still answer honestly without any hesitation knowing you done nothing wrong. After 3-4 minutes of being questioned the stupid cop calls you a liar and arrests you even though you have numerous witnesses including neighbors telling the cop they been with you the whole time and know you did nothing wrong. Cops just ignored everyone and you get the pleasure of sitting in jail least 6 weeks if you are lucky enough to have a lawyer that convinced the DA your innocent and DA drops the charges and releases you.
If you’re lawyer can’t convince the DA your innocent then you get to sit in jail least 9 weeks waiting to go to trial. Hopefully for you your lawyer will be able to convince a judge of your innocence where your acquitted of the charges.
Otherwise you go to jail or prison for a crime you never committed and quite possibly a crime that actually never transpired either. A complete fairytale made up by someone that’s got a grudge against you and can make up any crime at all and say you did it! Cops do absolutely no good investigation at all to see if the allegations have a bit of truth to any of it. It’s taken as the gospel truth and no matter what you say or do the cop already believe you’re guilty no matter what and is going to arrest you and throw you in jail and it’s up to you completely to prove your innocence. You’re guilty till proven innocent, not innocent till proven guilty! Anything and everything you say will be a lie in the cops minds! That’s exactly why you should be scared of the law! Only takes 1 person to file a false police report naming you as committing a crime and you get a free trip to the jail cell! No ifs, butts, or not going to happen about it! Truth is cops nor the legal system as a whole cares less if you are innocent. Even if you’re found not guilty they’re still going to take your money and you don’t get a penny back when it’s proven you done nothing wrong! It’s a money making racket for the justices system. Go ahead and file false police reports , they love taking innocent people’s money just as much as a guilty person’s money!

This cop paid for the rest of his law schooling
Hell yes, thats a violation of his Civil Rights.
I bet judges are getting so tired of this crap lol
Knowledge IS power...
Arm yourselves , GAME ON !!!
“Free money?” Not so much. More like punishing the tax payers.
Punishing the tax payers for their own complacency.
i'd say it's better than going to ukraine or jewland, BUT they just print more if they need to deflate doesn't matter they have trillions in debt for a reason money aint worth shit it's all about master and slave power.
Just like all politicians. That's why they need to be paid same as service members or like back in the day where it's all volunteer.
@@NghihuuRua exactly, being a politician should be a per diem job only, like it used to be. They got paid when congress was actively in session and that’s it. It’s pathetic
The one punishing the taxpayer is the cop.
Full video shows this Law Student and his Roommate are actually under 21 and the cops were called because there was a report of underage drinking. This Law Student pulled a fast one to cover for his roommate, regardless of the officers being in the right or wrong.
Even if he and his friends are guilty of underage drinking, the cops still have to get them within the law. They can't just run in, violate everybody's rights and claim victory.
yes but an announus call dose not allow them to sreach his room or even ID him....If it was a staff member they can.....Anyway this lad has another laws suit he can get them on again.....Look on the Audit the Adiit and he's been faulse aressed again....he gave the officer a chance to say sorry and he did not so think he will sue again
@@rossmackay-williams4583really struggling with the spelling of the word anonymous even autocorrect couldn’t help you out lol
Where is this full video
If they violate your rights they should pay personally out of their own pocket, watch how quick they learn.
Sue police for their personal BOND for violating your rights.
And all because a snitch called them for having alcohol in his room. Militarist police with guns, tasers and pepper spray for a bottle of beer.
Why the heck would the police be needed for a little bit of alcohol in a dorm room? Just let the RA deal with it.
Free money? Maybe for the law student, but it comes out of the taxpayers pockets.
Yeah, but still the responsibility of the police system to train them not to break the law. They function of authority not laws. But yeah the cities insurance policy will go up and they will tax the population for that. They should end qualified immunity across the board.
@@arcedavidaif you sued, couldn’t you also pursue charges under “deprivation of rights under the color of law”?
Not if he literally explains the law to them and they still do the unlawful act. If he can force them to prove they don't deserve qualified immunity they won't get it. Qualified immunity is awarded to officers that have the benefit of the doubt of possibly not knowing theyre wrong. If you tell them the info they need to know to know that they're doing wrong then it takes their qualified immunity away and they pay personally.
@@gagesons9006 thank you, so they’d be charged with what crime then?
@@whaaaaaaap violation of rights under color of law. He threatened arrest with no probable cause or reasonable articulable to force a citizen to identify. It's a 4th amendment rights violation.
How does the law student tell you his plan, cop googles the law, then still fumbles?
They give anyone a badge these days.
they litearlly refuse to hire those with a iq over 88, they tend to actually hire in the low 80s as they are stupidy enough to listen without complant but be able to do decently hard tasks together, google lies and says they are at 96 but i dont believe they are the same standards because the one i first used a 96 means they make up only 17% of the totality of humanity and america only has 3% of humanity. so whats 17% of 278million, and that s only citizens we have almost 500million humans within the border. which then means your doing 17% of 500million, esspeically when you realize mulitply states are hiring illegals for police officers which also is the keyfactor to the death of rome
This lawyer flabbergasted how this cop just helped improve this man’s life lmao that should be the biggest threat “go ahead make my life better”
Pulled him in like a nasty old carp lol.
If cops knew the law, they’d all be lawyers!
Cops lie , got that ?
You know the cops are getting bad when you start rooting for the lawyers.
They are just high school drop offs they need a break 😂
