    After twenty five years of plantar fasciitis, I finally realized my feet were deformed and switched 100 percent to barefoot shoes. I pull and push the weighted sled every week in soft gravel around a track. I discovered Ziani's 7 animals and at 65, I'm kicking over my head again. Two flat tires can stop a Ferrari, ( or in my case, more like an old jalopy). Ziani is unlocking the wisdom of the body for anyone who will listen.

    So much golden wisdom in these words. I'm on 11th month journey healing my chronically messed up foot/ankle and I've never felt better in my former sedentary life. I got rid of the chairs and now sleep/eat/work and rest on the floor. It's a life changer. We should never forget the basics.

      I have had a full foot reconstruction after tearing some tendons in my ankle, I had some tendons transfered and bones broken. I just found this video and I am going to do this everyday to hopefully regain some of what I lost.

    Ah. Ruptured Achilles tendon. I am working through that right now. 6 weeks post operation. Once physical therapy takes things as far as they can, I plan to return to my morning stretching (based on Kadour's techniques) and Ben Patrick's ATG protocols. I am a big fan of Mark's channel, Knees over toes guy, and Zianimal. I cannot explain how helpful these resources have been to me over the last few years to build me back within my sport!

    I knew Kadour when we were young (18 years old). I lived in a small village 22km from his home (Saint Dizier). You can't imagine the athlete Kadour was. He was a monster in all sports but it was especially his relaxation that was phenomenal. You think you know how strong he is but you're wrong. If you grew up with him, you would understand

    This guy is inspiring! People with terrible flexibility really do have a low-key phobia of the floor. We just don't mess around on the floor, and he makes a good point that it's the FOUNDATION to everything GOOD!

    Wisdom and experience. Some of it seems superficial and easy, try it all, there's incredible depth to all of this. Pull on your toe, now do it with leg flexion, whole different experience and stretch. Foot issues derailed or re-directed a lot of my athletic plans. It is the absolute key to longevity and high performance, excellence, you name it. Hope to see lots of barefoot shoe companies popping up with high quality offerings. Vivo needs some competition.

    34:17 - mark bell is cracking me up - only because I'm just as uncomfortable sitting on the floor and know my hip flexors are getting irritated and then he stands up and tries to do the leg movements - just not happening MANG!
