If anyone is having trouble attaching the wires ... in the video the person says to make sure you have the resistance set to 1. For me setting the resistance to 1 gave me a VERY small amount of wire to work with. Setting the resistance to 8 released much more of the wire and the cross trainer works fine
You made it look so easy! 😂 I struggled quite a bit but eventually got there. Having a spare set of hands to step in at some trickier points is very useful too.
Hello, we're sorry to hear you're having issues with the resistance. We'd advise opening the base and having a look inside as it may be a fallen magnet or the internal belt could be slipping off. Kind regards, JLL Fitness Ltd
Hello Khaddeja, thanks for getting in touch. I would advise to check the all the wires are correctly attached. If they are, please contact customer service at info@jllfitness.co.uk, they will be able to help your further in getting this resolved. Thank you, JLL Fitness
@@williamtodd1423 with alot of force lol! I put it in place like the picture shows. Then stand the top half upright and kinda pull the whole top part up. Having an extra hand to hold the tension cable in place whilst you do that will be a massive help. Then as you pull the top half up (really hard) it kind pops into place. It took a while for me to figure that out. I was trying to kinda push the cable in with my thumbs... which hurt and failed 🤣
Ami correct , you connected the nipple as the diagram , and then pulled so that the inner steel cable extended until the cable from the control fell into place . Hope this makes sense .
