If only more companies offered video instructions like this. My Sina was a doddle to put together. I was most worried about the noise, given conflicting reviews with some people saying it's silent and others saying it's not. I'm pleased to say (mine at least) is near silent so I can do it first thing in the morning without waking anyone else up.
Great instructions. I was able to put it together on my own without my husband's help. He sure was happy! LOL Anyway, you forgot to attach the "two sides of the pedal arm front covers". No worries, the instructional manual was easy to follow.
These instructions are excellent; thank you. (They're much clearer than the manual, which has some mislabelled diagrams too, e.g. that for "Step Five" has all sorts of things in the pedals labelled I-2 that aren't.) One confusing part: the pedal arm front covers appear as if by magic between 11:22 and 11:23. To install them, you need P-19 screws (from the shrink-wrapped collection of parts) and I-2 screws -- the latter come screwed into the pedal arms (or may have dropped off in transit and be floating around the plastic bags!). At the end, the only "leftover" parts, apart from the tools, are the two black carriage screws (D-3).
Clear instructions. Very easy to assemble. Should there be a gap between the lower handle bar and the axle's fixing screws? Because I cannot tighten it any more and there is a gap.
i ordered 5 pieces of equipment and 2 largest pieces dont offer assembly so i have to assemble myself, but i did pay for assembly of this elliptical cross trainer, maybe i should of done it myself it doesnt seem to hard following this guide.
The tightening I am referring to is described at 10:22 seconds being demonstrated with the 2 Allen keys. The washer P11 is not flush with handlebar post. Is that how it should be?

Hi Did you every get an answer to this? It seems like the arms are working loose after using the machine for just a few minutes.
