    Electrical properties
    Electrical properties of nanoparticles discuss about fundamentals of electrical conductivity in nanomaterials. The increased perfection such as reduced impurity, structural defects and dislocations would affect the electrical conductivity of nanostructures and nanomaterials. The resistance of the material which is due to opposition to the flow of electron by atomic collision decreases when particle size decreases and hence its conductivity increases with decrease in particle size of the material. While, exceptions are the metals where conductivity decreases with decrease in size of the particle..... this given in my book opposite to video
