Believe it or not I think a lot of people at least understand that you want to be understood. The problem is everyone is different. Cobi, as someone who really suffers with autism naivety, I seriously feel your pain. Especially when I was younger, I was taken advantage of left, right and centre. And sarcasm is still a major hurdle. No ifs, ands or buts. I still get nervous when I can't think of the right social cue and it's why I'm mostly mute in conversations
My brother suffered psychosis from habitual drug use as well. Likewise he was hearing voices and such. He had to go to a mental healthcare clinic for about 6 months but it did him the world of good. 3 years later he's now got a steady job and hasn't touched a drug. It's a difficult place to be but i admire him so much for making changes to better his life and his mental health
Cobi please as a fellow human, regardless of how you feel about he past or present, beg you to seek professional help. It’s disheartening to not be able to do anything for you. I can’t talk to you, donate, or support more than mere text. Under all that I still know you’re still that sweet kid you were back then. I had a grandma that had Alzheimer’s syndrome and lived with that experience for years during my childhood. My family still loved her even if she wasn’t the same. I wanna see you doing better, using the resources available to you. You mean a lot to me at to others, made my shitty high school and early college years so much much better with hope that things will get better. Because they don't have the ability to be there with him physically, they can't do anything but what they ARE doing but I WILL say mental health assistance isn't as good as it could be but, as someone else with mental health problems, what YOU'RE isn't helping, either. Doing research does no good vocally. Patience and understanding can only help so much. Be there for him, sure, but he must find the strength to fight for himself, as well.
