The applicant visits the country without a job opportunity, but after arrival, the applicant has to find a job relevant to the field. Every sponsor job should have a Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code. If your job code is 6145 (Care workers and home carers ) and 6146 (Senior care workers) then you can't bring dependent after 11th March. So verify SOC code for the sponsor job. Don't trust agents and you have to be very careful. But unfortunately, after finishing their masters, they, working as care workers, due to the free health surcharge for their visa process.
Most people are not sure how to approach an interview and provide confident responses. In my experience, we are unable to predict the responses that are expected for the majority of technical interviews. We must be ready and always speak the truth, as shown in your LinkedIn profile and resume.

Dependent visa depend on Principle applicant's visa status. Unless you find a sponsorship for you, you are not able to extend.
