You’d have to show some proof of funds to settle down initially. But your job offer will act as proof of funds. But it’s always good to show some initial settlement funds to support you during the first month or two. Specially if you are coming with your family.

Firstly, thanks for valuble info which you shared with us. I want to know something about this jan program. I'm doing care giver course which isn't completed yet. But I want to know that it will be valid in Canada or not? Bcz that will issued by Landon examination board. They told me that they can issue a letter for me to apply next Jan program and that certificate valid in whole around the world. Can you tell me where I can get this information?

You will have to get your education credentials evaluated through one or the credential assessment agencies to see whether it comply with the requirements of the program.

There are many different paths to explore. You can register for the Saskatchewan health sector expression of interest (I have a video on this) to see whether you’d match up for a job. They don’t require high IELTS scores.

Hi. Can you give me advice ,
I have all requirements but except certificate. I have AL. I did one year nursing course in srilanka (private) after that I came to Singapore. Now I have 7 years experience as a health care assistant in nursing home. Right now I’m following specialist diploma in caregiving. It will end next April. Then is there any chance to apply as a personal support worker in Canada. As you mentioned after open applications in January, it will close soon right.

You can. However, you need a job offer from a Canadian employer to apply for this program. The program wants you to submit IELTS general scores. Once you start an application, you can clarify whether UKvi IELTS scores are okay from the IRCC by submitting a webform.
