How to Setup M5 smart band / First time users, See this Video

Few Basic Troubleshooting steps -
1) Pairing issue -
Step 1 - Please check the application name from user manual once.
Step 2 - See if band is showing in Phone bluetooth or not. (Note - Do not pair with Phone bluetooth from here). Go to band application installed in mobile and try to search the device from app.
Step 3 - If device ID is not visible in application, restart your phone and Band once. Try it again.
Step 4 - If band is still not visible in application installed in mobile, check the application name once again from smart band user manual. Application downloaded could be wrong.
2) Smart Band is Not working -
There could be many reasons like Battery Dead, screen not working or any other. Here is the primary symptoms -
Step 1 - If there is no activity on the screen while charging - then may be Battery issue or internal damage.
Step 2 - If there is a vibration on the band but no screen display - Internal screen has gone bad.
Step 3 - If It charges while plugged in for charging but goes dead as soon as remove from charging - Battery issue.

I think you can bought a Mi Band 3 because the size is almost the same. I have one M5 Smartband with a dead battery and i'm gonna bought a new battery to try if i can turn on. My problem is the band shows charging screen but when i remove the charger the display turns off and the band still off inclusive when i press the on/off button for 4 seconds. Using a multimeter the battery show 0V and is probably dead, before some hours of charging they still the same.
What is the code printed on the battery?
My band is continuosly getting switched off and on and all the settings are also formatted how to repair

Hey I got a problem.
Today I received my M5 Smartband. Charging took about 6 hours and it was still 3/4 of charging icon. I plugged it off to see how it's working. Sadly I saw charging screen although it wasn't charging. Then, when I finally saw screen (about 5-10 minutes after plugging off) on. But then screen came black and turned off. It has not 1/4, 2/4 or even 3/4 of the battery, but still 0%!!! Why?!
