Just a note with ethereal weapon is that the kills are separate for each weapon meaning two ethereal axes don't share a kill pool so if you get 10 kills with one axe and 10 kills with the other you do not get the bonus, you need 20 kills on one axe.
oh goodness JP! Keep these coming. I have a blast playing with our sibling spud but trying to understand everything that it does or its systems is...overwhelming. I appreciate how much effort you must have put in to not only parse all of the info from the wiki and in game but explain it in a straight forward way. Someone get this man a cape !
Hey I finally beat Hades thanks for the guides looking for the next thing to play. Was looking at this game, Cult of the Lamb, Moonlighter, Children of Morta, and Curse of the Dead Gods. Hades had made me like this genre more. Great video.
i´m broke af and bought the game with my last 4 euros on the steam acc, its a ton of fun and your vid made everything much easier. thank you good sir! (btw, the crisp sound in this game, is the best i´ve ever heard in a game)
here's a loose formula i try to stick by when starting a run in Brotato that works at higher difficulties: Waves 1-10, I'm focused on getting my weapons as leveled as possible. I largely ignore all but the most important items (think Artificer and the dynamite that increases explosion damage) and will only throw a stat or two into Luck and Harvesting. once 11 -15 starts I begin homing in on any defensive boons available. don't be picky and waste rerolls on a specific defensive stat; i've found all of my highest heat runs to be the easiest when i have a mix of all the defensive stuff. 16-20 you're just fishing for legendary items and capping off your build.
It doesn't just not "do the best job", there is basically no explanation whatsoever what the stats do unless it's immediately self-evident by the name I assume this is part of the "roguelike" gameplay, but it's still kind of annoying

Yes! I am aware of this. That's why I usually combine the weapons early

I agree! The sound design is excellent. I'm glad the video helped!
Very helpful tips, thank you!
You are welcome! Good luck!
Thank you, beautiful information.
I'm glad it was helpful!
I don't understand when they saw raw damage and damage multiplier. Where do you find the damage multipliers? Im on switch, btw.
Raw damage is just the damage you see on the weapon itself. The multipliers are just the damage increases stats you can get.
Thx for the help.

Good stuff thank you
im watching this after finishing d5 with every character lmao, never knew the second number on burn items meant seconds tho
Yeah I definitely thought it was a multiplier, whoops..
Hi, any tips for surviving higher difficulties?
I struggle with a lot of the elites, especially the alligator one
