    This episode breaks my heart: for JJ, for Tobias, for Gideon, but above all for Reid.

    YESSSSSSSS this is one of my all time fav eps/arcs!!! The song at the end (The Funeral by Band of Horses) has stuck with me since I first saw this ep! Also I LOVED Reid hugging Hotch and saying "I knew you'd understand" when Hotch understood the message from the Bible and saved him😫

    Kinda makes you want to go watch an episode of Dawson's Creek doesn't it?? I remember watching this on tv decades ago and BAWLING my eyes out. James, Matthew and the AMAZING Jane Lynch as Ried's mom ALL gave brilliant Emmy worthy performances. This is absolutely one of the top five standouts of the entire series - but honestly you're just scratching the surface. There are SO many more fantastic episodes ahead of you. Can't wait to take the journey with you. Enjoy the ride! Cheers from Ontario, Canada! :)

    Oh my goddd, i was waiting for this ep reaction!! When I first watched the end of this episode and saw Spence take the dilaudid from Tobias’ pocket I actually slammed my laptop and screamed😭 I couldn’t handle the fact my comfort character was about to go down some depressing drug addict arc💀

    “Don’t come for Emily!” 😂😂😂😂 …. But the foreshadowing here was awesome! Love Emily and her entire backstory of a bad a** chick

    I sob every time i watch this episode. Reid is my favorite and this episode is so well done. I wasn't a fan of James when he played Dawson, it wasn't really him i just hated the character, but these episodes and the show he was on with Krysten Ritter and played a twisted version of himself made me really appreciate his skill. CM has several very recognizable guest stars pop up over the years and they almost always shine. They know how to utilize them.

    The wild part is that the some of the town knew how his father treated him, and no one intervened. It's one thing if no one knew. At least one person knew (maybe more) and let Tobias suffer. A child can't protect themself from their insane parent. It's why some blame the world. The "world" saw and did nothing or was prevented from helping so the world has to pay. I don't agree with their view, but I get it.

    I absolutely love that episode and I really love Tobias Hankel. He is a bad guy, but he is also sweet to Spencer when he is himself, it's complicated, but I don't hate him. I would have hated any other unsub for hurting Reid like that but not Tobias. He is one of my favorite unsub

    I always feel sorry for unsub who has gone through dramatic experience but I just can’t in any way justify the act of hurting and killing innocents. Go get therapy or some type of treatment … I don’t get the I was abused to I abuse mentality. If his delusion was because of a full mental issue I can feel a somehow understand but he was talking drugs that made him hallucinate. hated watching this episode

      no in this episode he wasnt hallucinating being his father, he had did so even if he wasnt on drugs he still wouldve had a split personality of his father,

    • @Erika-br8xo
      @Erika-br8xo 20 днів тому +2

      No, the drugs is him self medicating. The spit personality would be there any way. The abuse made him mentaly ill, his dad caused this.
