no matter how many times i watch this episode it will ALWAYS have me bawling in tears. the reaper’s menacing behavior leading up to this episode had me heated and for him to kill hailey after all this had me frustrated as hell! “i worked the case with you daddy” and jack’s precious little face brings me to instant tears 🥺
omg i wanted her to somehow realize what was going on before it was to late like out of everybody you know a random dude would be the last to tell you about your ex-husband if anything the team would've told her but yeah
That Marshal, Sam Kassmeyer guarding them was one of the unsung heroes mentioned in the series, not telling the Reaper anything despite being tortured.
What always sticks out to me in this episode is that Morgan walks in, sees Hotch beating the Reaper and instantly says 'he's dead' - how badly do you have to beat someone with your fists that they are obviously dead just at a glance? Hotch had so much rage in him.
We kept requesting this towards you in order to help you understand what Hotch went through because of the Reaper. He lost the love of his life and almost lost Jack...had Jack not understood what his dad meant by needing help on the case. Which was code for "Go hide and don't make a sound until I find you."
This episode will never fail to break my heart and make me sob, both because of grief and pain for Hotch with regards to Hailey, and insane relief over Jack being okay because of Hotch knowing how to tell him to hide in their special place. This series is just amazing, and I LOVE all of the members of the team so freaking much.
When I say till this day this episode has me STRESSED you never see hotch that broken and that PISSED I hate Haley died I wanted her to somehow know like if anybody would tell you about hotch knowing what they mean to each other why would the Marshell call and not the team but omg wasn't it satisfying when he beat him with his bare hands loved that and even though it was sad as you go on you see how he and Jack got even closer, and you come to like Strauss as the seasons go on she isn't all bad I ended up liking her just like the rest of them she had her demons also.
The first time I saw this episode, it completely broke me. Watching the team listen to Hotch telling his son to help him with the case and then hearing The Reaper shooting Hailey.
I told myself I'd never watch this episode again (or Moseley Lane) but I did it for your reactions (for both 😭). Just needed to cry over this episode with someone who gets the feels.
Not even 1 minute into the video and you got me cracking up !🤣🤣 Yes, WE are members of the BAU! The episode itself is sooo sad, I was crying along with you, but your commentary is just gold!
This would have been a perfect crossover episode for dexter, seeing him and foryet aka the reaper face off in his attempt to try and prevent hotch from suffering the same pain he experienced from losing rita, engaging each other in a intense game of cat & mouse leading to an epic battle between the two with foryet ending up on dexter's table! Lol 😎😉🔥💯👍🏻
This was heart breaking the first time seeing it on TV, & still is today. In fact this is only the second time I've been able to rewatch these scenes & the tears are flowing again. Hotch was never the same again, & I don't remember ever seeing him laugh again. I've less sympathy for Thomas Gibson following his conduct behind the scenes.
yes we are members of the BAU! This is one of my favorite shows and I’m actually a new subbie and recently binge watched your “ CM” playlist. Please don’t let this be the last criminal minds upload friend lol
This episode broke my heart. A mama’s boy can never watch a mom being murdered on tv without losing it. When Hotch beat The Reaper’s ass I was crying hot angry tears.
It has been years since I first saw this episode, and it still makes me irrationally angry that nobody ever gave Hailey a picture of Foyette. How was she supposed to protect herself and Jack if she didn't know who to look out for?
I still do exactly what you did during this episode. It’s one of the best. Haileys death was traumatic but Hodge took that fool out!!! It was awesome and I cried the first time and I still cry after watching it a 100 times.
I knew what was going to happen and was doing fine and then I wasnt lol. Omg I cried so hard again thinking about being a mom nd the idea of that being the last hug she ever gets to give her son.
Loved your reaction! You should do a react to Lauren!! Emily has a huge storyline in season 6 and that’s the final episode of that storyline. It’s so good!
This is where I stopped watching the show’s original run. I ended up going back and finishing it after a long hiatus, but what happened to the Hotchners broke me.
after constantly expecting something bad, this time you choosing to be positive this ep and not believing anything was gonna happen fr and it actually does this time...
Baby, season 5 and a bit before that really went after Hotch, they did not want his character to have one single good thing happening to him. Hailey was a good woman, she never stopped loving Hotch and even in her last moment she only thought about them 2.
I know this is crimal minds but have you hear of heathers a must watch walked so mean girls could run starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater and they are amazing in this if you haven't seen it you should maybe put it on your list i would love to see your reaction to this teen/comedy/thriller?
I must be cold hearted because this episode didnt move me as much as other episodes, i dont know why but i believe its because i wasnt as close to his wife
Maybe, but they did it on purpose, they were writing his character out (actor had some anger problems and got physical with people on set)and used this death as a trigger for it as he had already lost his wife,he wouldn't risk losing his kid too,and it was basically an iron clad way of making him leave.

This episode has me bawling everytime. Not just how broken Hotch is, but you can see the pain on his entire team's faces as well.
especially garcia

This episode left us all emotionally wrecked
I’m still recovering to this day! 😢

Well in that moment Hotch was bloodthirsty and with adrenaline at maximun capacity, he probably smashed Foyet skull until it exploded.
Im going into this episode with a positive mindset.
Me: I regret to inform you that your positive mindset is gonna get smacked around in this episode
LOL! Smacked me all around, flipped me upside down 😭. I’m currently towards the end of S12 and it’s no better 🤧
Yea this show tends to tell its viewers to get wrecked lol

This is one of my favorite episodes. It’s gut wrenching but so good. I love the back and forth of the story telling.
Right! Great episode. I was like what’s happening and in the end…
Can I just say how much I appreciate seeing your genuine reactions? Crying, real tears? Omg I love it
I was going through it. Good tv will do that to ya! :)

I loved the a$$ beating he gave the Reaper. I needed him to let it out
When i tell you this episode had me on the edge of my seat had me stress, emotional all the feelings
Why did I watch this before work??
I can't watch this episode without crying, and I've seen it dozens of times.
The first time I saw this episode, it completely broke me. Watching the team listen to Hotch telling his son to help him with the case and then hearing The Reaper shooting Hailey.

Look, after all the cases we’ve helped solved as consultants, where’s our FBI job offer?! 🧐

hands down the most brutal episode in all of criminal minds to watch. gets me everytime!
So glad you reacted to this episode! I appreciate you trying to have a positive mindset 😂. It’s a heartbreaker but it’s so good.
Did not expect to end the day in tears but here we are. I'm a new sub, keep up the great work!
Criminal Minda is one of my favorite television shows of all time! 🖤
Quality TV!

Welcome! Look, you & I are going to be having it up in between cases at the BAU office. More CM’s on the way!
This episode broke my heart. A mama’s boy can never watch a mom being murdered on tv without losing it. When Hotch beat The Reaper’s ass I was crying hot angry tears.
I remember watching this for first time years ago can’t wait for more reaction bud keep it up

A great dramatic, emotional episode. Still think about it to this day, I’m finishing up S11 right now.
The way you kept saying “positive thinking” and “everything will be fine” it’s 100% not fine
I wish it was! 😭😭
I love your heart and soul dude
So kind of you. Thank you 🙏

I cried my eyes out watching this episode
I cried then and again just now.
Aw. I’m sorry lol. I still think about this episode and I’m reaching the end of season 6
hotch had to call him what else could they do jus sit😭🤣
Every time I watch this episode I’m in tears and the first time I watched this was alone 😭 I was thinking there’s no way their doing that to Hailey 😢
I now blame C Thomas Howell for every bad thing that happens in any movie/show he is in… because he killed Hailey.
This episode had me so upset
You and me both. Still hurt 😔
It is the most heartbreaking episode ever... In any tv show...
One of the best episodes, but also one of the hardest to watch.

Okay I paused like two seconds in. Why the hell did people tell you ahead of time what was going down this episode? Really? Come on.
i wish ppl didn’t spoil this for u they suck for that
I must be cold hearted because this episode didnt move me as much as other episodes, i dont know why but i believe its because i wasnt as close to his wife
I just have to say that Hailey’s death really wasn’t necessary. Who’s with me here?
Maybe, but they did it on purpose, they were writing his character out (actor had some anger problems and got physical with people on set)and used this death as a trigger for it as he had already lost his wife,he wouldn't risk losing his kid too,and it was basically an iron clad way of making him leave.
A 4 year old getting a gun if pretty wild of you to say. But a good reaction nonetheless
I cried my eyes out.... but at the same time I couldn't stand her character so I was low-key happy
How come the other videos of you reacting to Criminal Minds are exclusive?🥲 I loved your reactions to it.
