Thanks for the video. Came here to see how big is is as I have the Army Painter wet pallete too and noticed the one Frontier have is slightly smaller, so may have to get that with it too.
Yeah I was dissapointed my pallete didn't fit. Box is nice... Pricey but nice
Always wanted one ot those, would be such a help moving between workshop and home. I remember they were much cheaper year or so ago.
I'm chuffed I have it.. Just not worth W hear was paid for it

If it's out of your budget, buy a tackle box. If you have expendable income, and you like how it looks, because it looks NICE, than go for it.

My issue is this....first off it's wood. I feel like the first time you drop it, it'll crack or break. Then there's the weight factor. I imagine all of those paints inside can weigh it down a bit and might be difficult to carry? Yeah the inside looks a bit flimsy. And the finish looks like something I made in woodshop in high school. I say save your money and get a flight case for half the cost.
I agree expensive for What it is... Gucci bit of cool... But my god you pay over the odds.., I really do hope I don't drop it to find out if you're right lol
It does look nice and neat. Something about it though just makes me think I should make my own for a fraction of the price. I think its the trays inside. I have to agree for the price, its worth befriending a carpenter down the pub or something :'D
Great review by the way. Perfect and honest, without hyping it up too much but showing the quality that is evident in places.
thank you for your comment - to be honest my brother could have done me one but this was an xmas pressie and i wouldnt have paid that much normally for one, especially after getting it and seeing that it could have been made much cheaper :)
I like the design, I agree i could not pay that price, I think a trip to the timber merchants is needed and ill build my own ;)
I'm sure my brother could do one and the logo... He's a woodwork guru
Thank you for the honest review. I'm looking at getting one at the moment. How would you rate the quality of the light from the LED? I notice the LED is getting a bit of criticism online so thinking about skipping it and buying something separate
I never really had a problem with the l.Ed light the only issue that I had with it was if lesson was plugged into something specific.It kept flickering.I found that 1 adapter in my house worked with it.The others just made it flicker.But the light quality was absolutely fine
@@greedy3d480 Right i saw the flickering in the video (did you slow that down or was that the actual speed of it?). So i take it you went for the USB option for the LED, because they now have a dual LED version which has 2 strips and comes with its on power supply, all be it only with a European plug.

I would be walking around town with that engraved case.
Shipping time was ok, I have been waiting 15 days so far for my UK Christmas cards from my mum & dad and they still didnt get here to NL yet.
I've got to be honest I do really love the engraving on the case and it does do the job but it is really an expensive bit of kit I am a very very lucky man lol

It is very expensive for what it is, looks very thin and weak. But it does look good.
I totally agree - ive made my own case using a laser engraver for a fraction of the cost - check out my video :) thanks also for the comment
That wood is way too thin for something like this.
I have to agree for the money I was hoping for something a little bit more robust
I bought one without the light or design and it was trash I sent mine back for the price I agree it should be made better
Don't get me wrong I do like it but it's not worth the money... I do think a lot the reviews on UA-cam are from people who have had it free for review purposes
Like others have said, it's wood. Flimsy wood as well. As soon as I saw it I thought to myself. Yuk! I personally would prefer something that would take a knock, that was waterproof and looks more modern. And the price Yikes 😱 how much??? Not my taste I'm afraid. I'm sure lots will like it. Just not me. Sorry.
Steve I don't disagree with anything you have said... Don't get me wrong it does look lovely with the design and I like the wood look and it is made well but IMHO it's not worth the money my good lady paid.
