Use the HOT mode on the Deus1 and than you know what is cherry pickin. Please no modifications, as simple as can be! The D2 has nothing to compare, i own both machines. I dont like pitch tones, i compare both detectors in Fulltones! With the D1 in Fulltones/HOT program i can hear exactly whats in the ground, with Pitch tones i only hear there is something. D1 in HOT mode and i dont need the RC, no numbers needed!
