100% with you on the need for blank space in planners. I LOVE the flexibility it provides (and it drives me up the wall when planner designers feel the urge to add stuff to every space)
I use the EC weekly hourly for work and a small petite monthly and a HP Skinny. For home. The monthly goes with me everywhere and then I'm usually moving that info over to my planners. Those all serve their purpose well I have a few smaller niche guided journals as well. I ended up going with the daily because I find myself needing a daily breakdown on top of the hourly week view. That requires two planners but I'm okay with it I guess. My biggest hole is in Wellness. I can't find anything guided that I think is just right and a blank bullet journals is too overwhelming. These are first world problems I know.
But I went with your daily because it's pretty simplified. I've had issues pulling the trigger on other dailies because I feel there has been too much space. A nice simple hourly with a to-do list and a space to write little notes is really all I need.
@@brandigarcia9823 Thank you for sharing your current setup and your wish list. Wellness is definitely tricky and so individualized. And the blank bullet journals - might as well push the "overwhelm and shut down" command button for sure. I hope you can find a wellness component that fits your needs perfectly.
I'm excited for the new accessorie! I'm gonna get the weekly planner again this year and some note pads. Also will be gifting the monthly planner and keeping one for myself :) Enjoyed you video, thank you!
In 2023 I used the daily and love it (& unpopular opinion I loved how the weekend was shared, it just worked so well for me!). I think this year I will be going to the weekly, I realized I did not always have ‘enough’ to fill the daily. I kind of wish there was a mix between a weekly & daily - but not sure what that would be 😂. I would love to see how the stickers work & are used in the planners!
Your switch makes perfect sense, Rebecca! (lowers voice) I have to agree about the shared weekends🤫. I do feel like the hourly planner is the mix between the weekly and daily BUT if you have different ideas of what that might look like, I'm all ears! And sticker mock-ups are on the way. THANK YOU!
@@sproutedplanner I just have to tell you now I am thinking the daily again... I have been trying the weekly spread and I think I miss assigning myself tasks and need a bit more room than the daily (I like to keep work tasks & personal tasks separate which the daily allowed me that - and it allowed longer work lists). Oh dilemmas, it's a good problem to have to choose between your daily or weekly ;) I guess we will see which one I choose when I put through my order. Just here sitting on the fence between the two and still trialing.
@@rebeccadale6735 Definitely a good problem to have to but unsettling when you just want to KNOW what's going to work for your year. I hope you can come to a peaceful decision ♥
This will be my 3rd year with the weekly! I love it and I have tried literally every planner under the sun since 2014. This was the first one that I immediately knew exactly how I needed to use it/lay it out. It’s perfect for my needs as a homeschooling mother of five and I’m definitely torn between the daily and weekly. I am super busy so the daily seems like it’ll be helpful but I just love looking back on a whole year of weekly spreads as well. Either way I am super excited and will be getting my daughter a monthly and I’ll get one for myself also for meal planning!
I am a big fan of Sprouted Planners and am struggling to make a decision between the weekly and daily. Wondering if you have made a decision yet. I printed a few of her daily printables for a test run and am hoping that will help with my decision dilemma.
Honestly I am struggling lmao. I love looking at a whole year however I feel like a fresh start each day is also something I would benefit from. I don’t like change so part of me wants to stick with what works, but I am so busy lately I also want to have that space to do what I need to without limits!
I’m just finding you. Love the daily . Only thing for me it’s missing more note pages. Thinking strongly of getting the daily and the monthly to Cary in my bag
The monthly is a great bag one! I think you'll love the daily too - and I hear you on the notes pages in the back. I wish I could add as much as the weekly or hourly planner without bulking it up again. I have free printables of all the layouts at sproutedplanner.com if you want to try it out!
@@sproutedplanner in the end I solved this by getting the 2024 daily & monthly & hourly weekly (because I know I'll use all of those), and one of the remaining 2023 weeklies which I can redate and experiment with 😀 (I promise I'm not being wasteful or excessive - I'm usually pretty careful about only buying what I have a use for)
After going back and forth in my mind between daily and weekly, I think I'm going weekly bc I don't think I can commit to fully using each day of a daily. It is a hard choice because they both are great options!
Hi Rachel! Just wanted to answer this question outside our PMs in case anyone else is wondering. The weight and width of the weekly planner and 1 of the daily planners is darn-near exactly the same.
This is extremely embarrassing to admit, but I made a mistake because...converting ounces to pounds eludes me 😅 After a thorough Google education, I've now corrected all my mistakes. I can say for certain that the 2024 Weekly is slightly heavier than the 2023 Weekly (1.625 vs 1.56 lbs). The sticker sheet + a few added pages is what added the small difference of weight this year. Thank you for being a catalyst to my schooling.

You should always include cheese! LOL I love the weekly cuz she's sturdy like me! However, the daily has my heart ☺ Can't wait for launch day!!
Haha Vickie, agreed on the cheese! :)
How does the weekly compare in terms of weight/width as a single daily planner?
Hi Rachel! Just wanted to answer this question outside our PMs in case anyone else is wondering. The weight and width of the weekly planner and 1 of the daily planners is darn-near exactly the same.
2024 is lighter than 2023 (lbs), what's different? And is the coil the same size?

Who uses both weekly and daily? Because I want them both! But I doubt I would need it. 😂😂😂. I also want the monthly.
I totally get it! It's so hard to decide!
