It is definitely a great start to a new home! We are located in Itasca, TX. Unfortunately we do not service Florida, but hopefully you can find a company closer to your location to satisfy your need!
If you want one for Satsuma, Fl the best around here is Coastal Buildings in Starke, Fl. They make a 16x40 built to 170 mph winds.

Id like to know about insureing these buildings. What is the insurance code for these " Tiny Houses" or shed homes. How do you insure them? Please answer.
Good question! Legally these are defined as "portable buildings", so that's what you would need to approach the insurance provider with. As far as which insurance providers would offer for a project like this, you will have to do some research in your area. Stipulations may also vary by state, so you would need to check on that as well.

There is a Shed Company 5 miles South of Harrison, Ark. that has an 18'x60' actual Box Length 54' then 6ft.porch on one end. Base price of $27,000.00 with 2 Entry doors,8 windows 3'x4', and a Kevlar coated 50yr. Metal Roof at $30,000.00 l bought one. Love it. Gonna have it on my own 3/4 acre lot here in Branson, Mo.

Yes, a 3 bed 2 bath could fit into this size. Some of the rooms might have to be a bit smaller, it could likely work nonetheless.

@@qualitystoragebuildings1606 if they would frame out your design or set up for those price it’s a win win if not you can find one for less and do the work and come in cheaper. But for framing to be complete of your choosing it’s worth the price as well as shipping being included.
