12:13 might make a suggestion on what you can do with that leftover penguin head? Perhaps maybe what you could do is try remolding the mouth anyway into a smile and then try and paint it to look like it’s made out of stone or bronze and just have it posed right next to the Penguin figure make it look like he commissioned a bust of himself. Because Oswald cobble pot is clearly the kind of person who would do that.
I have a question. Can you remove the top hat from the McFarlane penguin head & still have it be functional? I have a custom Danny Devito Penguin head sculpt to replace the head on mine & want to know if it's worth the effort of trying to get that hat off for the new head.
You can but you'll have to heat it up and try to get the glue to loosen.

If I was customizing the action figure like Penguin, I’d rather swap hands and the head if I can.
Can you do the infected Arkham City Joker that would be amazing
And supposedly they used they in game models to make these figures.
Definitely a great improvement.
I am not familiar with McFarlane engineering, but my experience with NECA finds that it requires disassembly to fix the lopsided leg issue.
McFarlane engineering tends to be just pull stuff apart, a lot of dumbbell socket joints and then their special ratchet hips. They’re definitely easier to customize than Marvel Legends

Fantastic job my friend! I have to ask, though, if the arm length bothers you, why not shave down from the biceps swivel instead? That way you won’t have to reglue anything or risk gluing the elbows by accident, just drill and cut.
There isn’t that much room in between the end of the shoulder peg and the start of the little circle bit of the elbow joint. I’m sure I could shave of a millimeter or so but it’s not really worth it
@@VADtoys Ahhh, I get that. Regardless it’s a massive improvement and 100% what both figs should’ve been from the get go. Always love seeing the work my friend, brings a huge smile whenever I see ya in my feed!
