Hi, at 8:16, is the line meant to be connecting all points or should it be a line of best fit? I was told to do a best fit line but I am uncertain. Thanks!
Great video as always!!! I genuinely believe that im ready for paper 6 now...... 2 questions tho.. can some tables contain only one named raw heading?? And is the independent variable always to the left of the table?
hello sir. for 1c, do I need to write it out in chronological order as in what step I will take after what or can I simply list out the variables, and methods used like you did for the actual exam?
Do they accept a range of answers for precautions/hazards/possible sources of errors as long as they are related to the qs asked...since in the marking scheme there are usually 1 to 2 answers only
i wanted to ask how do we draw bar graphs in paper 6 as my teacher said htat there has to be equal space between the first bar and the margin as well as between each bar and alo between the last bar and the margin. is that correct? and how do i find out the spacing required
@@aboodiali2416 You are putting your self at a high risk of losing marks and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to lose mark that you can easily get especially that the thresholds are most likely going to be high this year due to the leakage of paper 4 🤷🏻♂️
You need to study all the investigations, how to plan an investigation, how to work out percentage change, know the experiment terminology, how to plot a graph, the magnification formula, how to draw diagrams and lastly memorize the food tests and hydrocarbonate indicator colors

1 hour 'til my exam, thank you for this video ! And good luck to everyone !
🙏🏻
4 hours till exam... goodluck everybody
Do u remember what came ?
Right when i needed this, Thanks Sir.
Thank you so much sir! You're a life saver
7:02 wouldn't you also need to state that you'd use varying conc of the enzyme as the independent variable?
No. Because we are not actively varying enzyme concentration, you won't get a mark for mentioning the independent variable.
@@igbiocomplete oh okay so its only the food that has varying conc of catalase duh okok thank you
thank you so much!!
👊🏻
Hi, at 8:16, is the line meant to be connecting all points or should it be a line of best fit? I was told to do a best fit line but I am uncertain. Thanks!
Joining plotted points with ruled straight lines is sufficient (unless the question specifically asks for a line of best fit).

Not sure about your first question, need some context. IV should be on the left, yes.

Doesn't matter. As long as you the points included in the mark scheme.
thanks sir! very helpful 👍👍
Welcome
thank u so much sir:)
Very welcome ✌️

hello so all the tests we have to learn for the p6 tommorow is starch protien and reducing sugars or im missing something?
Also fats (ethanol emulsion test) and vitamin C (DCPIP)
@@igbiocomplete alright thank you and is it neccessary to learn all the gas tests? like lighted splint for oxygen?
i wanted to ask how do we draw bar graphs in paper 6 as my teacher said htat there has to be equal space between the first bar and the margin as well as between each bar and alo between the last bar and the margin. is that correct? and how do i find out the spacing required
As long as the bars do not touch and are all the same width, you will get the mark.
@@igbiocomplete so no need for equal spacing??

@@anasmalek9331 will the leak still increase the boundaries for people that gave variant 2 and 3?
@@deechomeecho Why would it? Only v1 was leaked so sadly we are the only ones getting affected by this shit
hello sir in the video the solution turned lilac and it is protien positive? wasnt positive test for biuret show a purple color?
Lilac is purple 👍🏻
Sir , do u extrapolate graphs in Biology and do u need to connect the lines with a ruler or a curve ?
No extrapolation. Ruler or curve is fine. Mark schemes simply cite 'suitable line drawn'
Thanks❤
Welcome
do i need to only study biological molecules for me to get a good mark in p6?
U need to know the food tests and idt anything else is rlly necessary but have a basic knowldge of the topic
@@ChemWisetutors thank you sm
There are several other experiments you need to know. 2.2, 3.2, 6.1, 8.3 and 11.1 are some important topics.
@@igbiocomplete thank you sm

First!!❤
Please in the line graph must you join the points with a ruler? Or draw a line of best fit?
Joining plotted points with ruled straight lines is sufficient (unless the question specifically asks for a line of best fit).
Another one
