The reason we all love sans and want to see him snap is because we love the archetype of the “sleeping bear” so relatable. Sleeping bear archetype (inspired by old man Henderson): the bear sleeps and usually doesn’t move, when you poke it usually ignores you. Poke it too much and it might roll over to crush you, however if you decide to wake the bear, you deserve the punishment of waking said bear Sans pessimism and nihilism makes him into this character who believes change can never truly happen, so his brother is the ONLY thing that gave him light in these dark times.
In case you fellas are curious about the DT and magic charge sans basically messed around with the machine and saved up his magic to be able to fight for 90 minutes straight !
I nice detail at the end when he said he "ran out of patience" is that he no longer has blue in his special eye which represented patience. Its only yellow for justice for bringing down alphys and the kid and saving their timeline. Love the comic, I hope there's a sequel!
Amazing. That is one of the most accurate depictions of Sans breaking down i've seen. Papyrus also being the only one to get Sans to stop being a slacker hit so hard, as he probably IS the only one that can make anyone change, because he believes. Alphys, which i feel like is most of the times, most left out character in Undertale AUs/ATs, finally gets a badass role! Despite it being... mostly evil. (The dub's excellent too.)

Idk what about this interpretation of dusttale makes me so interested but, I really love how realistic this is, we always underestimate alphys but she has the tools to do such things, I love this so much, the voice acting is as great as the dusttale take!
We always forget that Alphys has done a lot of things like the DT experiments and the plans to free the Underground through it, even if it went horribly wrong. Not to mention the fact, that I discovered while writing a fic in an amalgamate’s pov, that Alphys was playing with lives in those experiments. Sure, they were on death’s door, but that’s still just a few steps away from doing some horrible things.
13:52 it was interesting to see this more serious version of Papyrus even though he was always happy and go lucky he knew Sans was keeping secrets. It’s sad that’s Sans knowing they’re stuck in a constant loop of genocidle routes timelines has used jokes as a coping method to stop himself from breaking down. I think it’s a good thing Sans doesn’t tell Papyrus or the others the full truth because I don’t think they could handle it. Sans saying he’s run out of patience was epic, I don’t think she would last a full battle with Sans because he’s had unlimited times to perfect his fighting styles and powers.
There's just SOMETHING about how Alphys sounds that *STILL* has the trace of the wimp she was as the original Alphys, which keeps reminding me every single goddamn time how much Alphys changed, and what actual impact it caused her when a wimp becomes an actual villain. holy shit is it good, it doesnt feel right that such a wimpy voice comes from a menacing character, but at the same time it ties it all together aaaaaaaaaaaaaa-

He broke down and built himself back up and is becoming a hero due to the rightfully awesome Papyrus everyone ignored until now! And the rivalry between Flowey and human should be a completely different au that isn't about farming monsters only. Also considering og dusttale idea is about rivalry between Sans and human, where Sans specifically steals LV by farming monsters to achieve victory. Can't tell much about this Dusttale comic tho, kinda complicated, but it fits better to the au idea than UT Dusttale. I've missed the moment why and how Alphys starts genocide and gets to remember after resets, while the story's main focus is on Sans who straight up doesn't give a damn about human.
