I wonder how much incentive the builder pays you to push their products, on top of your commission. Just a month ago you were telling people that price were rock bottom and they needed to move quick, now builders are cutting prices because they know they are over priced and highly inflated. You should be educating people, not taking advantage of their lack of knowledge just so you can get paid and putting people in homes that are over priced. The people that are buying now are only going to get hurt as prices are going to continue to drop. People, if you wait, the builders will continue to cut price making it more affordable to to where you get more sqft at a lower cost.
Stop crying. You should be doing the research yourself. It’s all about the money at the end of the day. It’s their job to market so they can feed their family. No one is forcing you to come out of your pockets for anything
Thank you for sharing your perspective-we truly value open and honest conversations. Our goal is always to educate and provide insight into the market, so buyers can make informed decisions that suit their needs. You’re right that the market can fluctuate, and it’s important to weigh timing, budget, and long-term goals when buying a home. Builders do occasionally offer incentives to promote inventory, but we prioritize showcasing options and trends rather than pushing any specific agenda. We encourage everyone to do thorough research, ask questions, and consider advice from multiple sources before making such a big decision. Thank you again for raising this-it’s a great point for discussion!
You know my wife and I are thinking coming to Texas we’re from Delaware and you really got us sold. We we currently have a 2600 square-foot house four bedrooms three baths and we look at the downsized the other day you should we watch one of your videos of a 1700 square-foot house $203,000. Do you think they’re still available in the area and I’m just for curiosity what are the total taxes property taxes and school taxes combine for the entire year on a $215,000 1700 square-foot housecan anybody shed some light on that thank you thank you for your videos and you’re a really good sales person just to let you know that you’re really present very well clean and cut
I knew this area looked familiar I bought a house down the road from Artavia and I love this area! I Iove the trees and tranquil country setting! Plenty places to eat and shop I love the fact it so close to Woodlands, Conroe, and Humble! If I ever decide to sell where im at Artavia is the 1st place, I'd look!
The water heater in the attic is not a good thing My water heater is in my garage so if it bursts and which it did bust before The water just ran out the garage not doing any damage to the house.
@@beeblack2210 Water heaters and hot water lines in attic is not uncommon in TX. I had a failure and it flooded my entire house while I was out of town.

House 1 the living room is too small. I prefer house 2 floorplan over house 1, but I am not a fan of the stained cabinets. I still like white or colored cabinets. No tub in the master would be a deal breaker for me.
Thanks for sharing your perspective! Some of the layouts and lot sizes in newer developments do feel a bit more compact, which might not be for everyone. If you’re looking for something with more space or a different vibe, we’d be happy to highlight options that offer that in future videos. Let us know what you think!
Wow, that’s awesome! 🏡✨ How exciting to see your home featured! We hope you loved how it was showcased-anything about it you’d like to share with the viewers?
@ Artivia is an amazing community! So much to do and see. It’s literally like a small town. Friendly neighbors, community events galore, and homes from 400k - 1.5M so there is lots of variety. Once the shipping comes it will rival many other top master planned communities
Great question! The video shows the living room starting at 6:22 . We appreciate your feedback on the camera work-Jackson works hard to capture all the details, but we’ll take this into account to improve the viewing experience. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts!
a lot of them can add them in and you do see them on a lot of homes but some not to bring the cost down and they are not used as much here. is that a deal killer for you?
😂 That’s a good one! Brown cabinets definitely have their fans, though they’re not for everyone. Some people love the warm, earthy vibe they bring to a space. But hey, design is all about personal taste-what’s your go-to cabinet color? We’d love to know!
That’s an interesting observation! 😊 In many of Texas’ newer communities, especially suburban developments, lawns can be smaller to maximize the number of homes in the area. However, there are still neighborhoods with spacious yards if that’s what you’re looking for! Would you like us to feature some homes with larger lots in a future video?
Weird entrance. Cabinets dont go to ceiling and are an unattractive color. Weird office incredibly long closet. Why not make sliding door closet instead of that long closet. And the yards are tiny. And this is coming from someone living in a suburb of metro NYC area! 7:33 in and I am moving on.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We understand that design choices like cabinet colors and closet layouts can really affect how a home feels-it’s all about personal preferences. Yards in some newer communities do tend to be smaller, especially compared to what you might expect in other areas. We appreciate you taking the time to watch and share your feedback-it helps us know what resonates (or doesn’t) with our viewers. If there’s a particular style or layout you’re looking for, let us know-we’d love to feature something that better fits your taste!

yes all these will have an HOA especially with all the amenities. but we do know great areas without HOA is that what you are more interested in seeing?
@@BrutusPalmeira hoa in these areas will go about $1000. Plus taxes will increase each year making the home harder to afford. That's why home prices need to continue to fall way more. You might be able to afford it today, but 1-2 years from now, might be harder. Be patient and wait for home prices to drop even more. This will help make the home more affordable, even if taxes go up slightly.
Totally get that! Texas living is all about space, and many people prefer larger lots for more privacy. Some communities offer homes with bigger yards and more distance between neighbors-would you like us to highlight those in future videos?
