    Doug you should consider selling your baked goods ❤ or selling even meal planning. Lots of people are doing meal preps now and some purchase their meals from others.

    Can i use chickpea flour instead of spelt ? or even quinoa/teff flour ?

    • @DougDennis
      @DougDennis  4 роки тому

      I think just chickpea flour would be too dense, but it's worth a try. Quinoa flour is more fluffy and would work in a flour blend with teff. Rye would work as well. You could try 40% quinoa, 40% teff, and 20% chickpea. Coconut flour is an option, but i would only use 20% or so of that for a recipe like this. Thanks for watching! :)

      Great question! This is my favorite kind. Here's an amazon link, depending on where you live, you can sometimes find it in person at an Asian Market for lower price. amzn.to/3k0ipuO

    • @DougDennis

      Good question- no. Wheat is one of the worst hybrid foods, my life began after I quit eating it. Spelt or Kamut are ancient and taste like wheat. Thanks for watching :)

    Don’t use coconut oil to bake, use avocado instead.
    And find vanilla flower and use the beans,
    Vanilla extract has alcohol and isn’t alkaline
