I offer my condolences to Kirk, their daughters, her family and friends. She seems like such a good and beautiful person, inside and out, gone at just age 36.
I so wish she was still with us. She really moved me and the fact that she left behind a husband and two babies is so upsetting. I like to believe that there’s an afterlife and she is no longer in pain and happy.

Yes please keep sharing! My friend started her journey with stage 4 colon cancer a month after you and have been following you since! She's clear right now. But she had a tumor the size of a cantaloupe in her liver that originated from her colon.

This is heartbreaking to watch. She put her faith in alternative methods that are not supported in clinical medicine and she died about five months after this was filmed. When alternative medicines are studied with the scientific method they prove to be overwhelmingly ineffective. She thought she was getting a fifty-fifty chance but almost certainly that probability was grossly overstated and not scientifically proven. These methods are similar to a rain dance. Dancing will not make it rain, but it just may happen to rain when you do one, and people incorrectly assumed that the rain dance made rain appear. These alternative methods are the same thing but worst because they are really just a con job on extremely vulnerable people like herself.
Her modern “cures “ were exhausted and the side effects were overwhelming. Her natural methods didn’t hurt her and after she was gone, everyone knew that she had tried everything that she could.
@Andy Carveth Her natural methods didn’t hurt, but they obviously didn’t help her either. When these natural methods are rigorously analyzed with the scientific method they prove to be overwhelmingly ineffective. If giving false hope is a good thing, then that’s the only value they have.
The problem also is that chemo and radiation destroy your immune system. I’m a cancer patient and almost died twice. I begged them to stop. I had the best insurance at the time, and they were billing my insurance 5000 a week for radiation and 2000 a week for chemo pills. I stopped my treatment because it was killing me. I happen to find Dr. Loraine Day, ordered her tape. Cancer Doesn’t Scare Me Anymore. And I read my Bible daily. I learned that our immune system is God given. And we destroy it by the way we think, act live, eat, and handle stress.
The path you travel is uniquely yours...not anyone elses. We will all be here cheering you on and praying, not judging. You need to do you and not worry about what others think of how you should walk in your own shoes. We are with you thru good and bad, happy or sad, traditional or holistic...we stand with you.

Meagan, you have every right to do all you can to be here for your children. When I was on this journey, I did not care what I had to do to get better and be here for my kids. I did a lot trust me. But guess what.. Im still here. And I would do it 100x more if I had too. I did not care what others said about my unconventional treatments.. I did what I felt needed to do. end of story. Gerson is difficult but you can do this. love and prayers on your healing journey.

Such a brave move. Sorry to hear your prognosis was poor. Hearing such news can work 2 ways. Some hear little to no hope and decide th go home and enjoy their time left with loved ones realizing each good day is a gift until they experience a decline and know it is time for hospice to help them through the difficult, harder days which then come. But you decided on a different approach , one that has no guarantees but makes many promises of success to those who cannot allow what statistics seem to hand them. How you find the strength and brevity to up and head to Mexico is a testament to your fortitude. Once a hairstylist to the stars, finding miracles is your full time job now. May you find your cure or remission in your search.
1st i want to say u r a beautiful amazing MIRACLE!! Plz dont ever fear judgement for ur choices with YOUR body. U will get nithing but love and support from us momma. I have followed ur story from ur 1st post. I have lost 3 grandparents and then some to this nasty disease. I so wish going this route was an option for them back then. We believe in u.. Please continue to share your story 💕 I have come to really like you and following your story helped me a lot during the past months when my family was also facing colon cancer. While I don’t believe in the value of the treatments you mentioned, I would never judge you, you have the right to choose the direction you want to go.
