The rider is using a very strong bit coupled with too much pressure! I would feel HORRIBLE if I did this to my equine partner! I feel bad if I get mad at them and thats just an emotion.

He didn't bit his tongue, he was protecting the palate of his mouth everytime someone with a bit pulls the bit shoots up to the palate of the mouth after a while it starts to hurt so bad that the horse will put his tongue in between the bit and the palate of the mouth to protect itself. And yet she was keep on going the bit made this horses lips bleed and l also believe a part of his teeth as well. Things already were said that he had a fractured hairline in his jaw and than this happening too... that's just sad. Like it couldn't get worse she also was spurring him which can hurt incredibly bad as well... Thankfully they stopped that ''law'' that people needed to wear spurs so people have the rights whether they wear spurs or not.

The rider didn't have to use her reins (which she clearly does a lot in these pictures) if her horse scrached its chest.
