Ok, at the risk of sounding like I’m crazy, this is what I keep in my truck while traveling all over the country working on pipelines.
1. A tool set, basic set of sockets / wrenches and such
2. A bag with crescent wrenches/ a mallet/ tow strap/ battery cables/ zip ties/ tape
3. A bag under my back seat with an emergency trauma kit, 3 or 4 ways to start fire, paracord, survival blanket, first aid kit, 3 or 4 ways to purify water, a compass, a knife, a flashlight and a survival book
4. A small ziplock bag in my glovebox with a standard and Philips head screwdriver, an air chuck for airing up tires and a pressure gauge, a leatherman tool
5. Wet wipes, a roll of TP, good set of binoculars, sun screen, bug spray, Tub of towels hand cleaner wipes, small WD 40, ear plugs, knife sharpener, shop towels, a few interior cleaning products for my truck
And I also have a jump starter that works through the cigarette lighter and a tire inflator
This is all in addition to my edc stuff .
I may be over doing it a bit! 🤣

Wow Jimmy that’s good stuff! I have a video planned for road trip essentials, but this is a great list!! I have first aid kit, but didn’t think of the rest of #3. I should definitely add an emergency trauma kit and survival blanket! Thanks a lot for the list!! #motivationcrew
