It's the 1966 election. David Sutch, later 'Screaming Lord Sutch' stood as a candidate for the National Teenage Party...you can see on the flyer at 0.33. It is interesting to note that the Conservative candidate received over 20,000 votes with David Sutch getting 585 votes. Wilson was duly elected with 41,000 votes (66%).

I was coming up to my 1st birthday on April the 7th ... I met him as a five year old, in the June 1970 General Electionand shook his hand.
I'm assuming that is the February 1974 General Election, as there was another one in October of that year.
