you can put your chamfer on the edges easier if you go back in the time line and apply the chamfer to the original extrusion after the knurling has been cut. quick and easy.
Also if you drag back the timeline slider to the original extrusion, you can avoid the time it takes fusion to re-draw the knurling between edits of the fillet. Thanks for your vid. It taught me how to knurling. Much appreciated!
Really like your video. I was trying to simplify the fillet operation and tried this approach. (It was not as good as your, but with messing around perhaps acceptable). After the body knurl was made and side viewing it I started a fresh sketch. I made 2 splines - One for the actual body cutting and a larger Second one to form an enclosed area for the revolve cut operation. Both off center from the vertical axis. Sort of looking like a boomerang. Revolve/Cut did trim off the upper and lower edges. I used a fit point spline, but perhaps a control point would be better. More experimenting needed.
Got up to Revolve Cut and followed your instructions, but after making the rectangles and circles I could not get the "inner part of the circle" to delete without deleting the entire circle.

same. T to trim only gave the option to delete the entire circle. Beaverens advice to go back on the timeline worked tho.
