I feel like a great way to improve tutorials like this would be to explain why you did things in addition to what you did. I don’t personally need it, but I remember being confused about what everything did and which things would do what, so that would probs be useful. High tier shit otherwise.
I’ve been wanting something like this for YEARS in tutorials. They’re always like “okay gonna do this this this and this” but never explain why how using what they’re using or even why, whether it’s a certain sample or a plug in
Things are different now. They want you to buy all the packs and presets. I was interested in the sub preset he had. Looked like he drew in some harmonics. Would be interesting to hear about the raw sound design but that’s not business these days anymore. Insert sad face here or something
question: as a heavy dubstep producer using FL, what do you use instead of Ableton's native Glue Compressor, which is so commonly used by tearout/heavy dubstep/ producers in that community for post processing and mixing purposes? What is its counterpart in FL?
I’d work on just cussing less if you’re going to constantly cut your audio, makes following along really difficult. And this is coming from a long-time viewer
You may have figured it out by now, but with the samples on the playlist you get them at full sound automatically and you can chop them up a little easier and visually see what’s happening. With the fade in and out, you can also do some interesting stuff as well as shorten or widen the samples
ay yo, i really enjoy your videos, however i haven't gotten any money to buy your sample packs, otherwise i would. would it be possible for you to grab couple of your favorite samples and presets or something and release like a demo pack. i as well as other people here would probable really appreciate it if your alright with that

What is the benefit over putting your drum samples in the playlist? Like why not make different pattens to layout instead of the actual samples?
