Surgical Slip Knot

The slip or push knot provides, by loosely knotting two 'identical' knots, the ability to move it after knotting. So e.g.you can push the knot in the depths of a wound.
This knot alone can loose strenght! Therefore, a fixation with at least one square knot is important!
This knot maintains countinous tension.
