There is a guy in there. The mirrored plastic on his chest is where the guy sees out from.
It IS a well made puppet but a puppet none-the-less.
A guy nearby in a booth coordinates the music and sound effects.

"Titan" IS VERY OBVIOUSLY a plastic SUIT equipped with speakers to make electronic noises and actuator sounds while the operator/walker inside. The "suit" is an 8 foot tall "suit" that is worn by an actor and controlled partially through body movement and partially through remote control. The outer portion around the hips and the hinge joints is wider than the actor and serves to make it appear robotic. But the legs are completely human powered which is why it is capable of such precision and fluid movement. The actor also has a voice modulator which allows him to speak during performances. He triggers the various sounds and uses SOLELY his muscle power to move around AND to use the arms..You can actually see where his arms come out (completely covered by cleverly constructed camouflage ensuring his arms blend in with the entire "robotic" arm) Same goes for his legs... his helmet is in the chest of the "robot" and the SO VERY OBVIOUS windshield is the "chrome plating/2-way mirror" on the front of its chest...a DEAD giveaway!!
The MOST advanced robot in the world is asimo and it is just a short little robot that has to be programmed to complete various basic tasks with the worlds most advanced actuators WHICH move in a very obviously "robotic way"....THIS phony mock-up runs around and moves WAY too fluidly to EVER be a REAL ROBOT!! Anyone who thinks it is an actual robot is either involved and defending it, naive and gullible, just plain STUPID, or just a Troll.. It's not even remote control!! LET ALONE a self guided programmed robot... The MOST DEVASTATING give-away.. is when they have to have a sign that tells you "IT IS REAL!"
In THIS case the man inside his Titan-suit most likely has all the various sounds controlled with an ipad triggered by myriad of various buttons on the tips of his fingers mounted on the inside of each hand/ glove... AS WELL LOTS of times there should be the "Zsshhh"..."Zsshhh".."Zsshhh"... noise of "actuators" when he walks around and moves his arms when music is playing or voices are being triggered... but OF COURSE they disappear... when there is no music or extraneous voices.. the "Zsshhh"... "Zsshhh".. "Zsshhh"... "noise of actuators" is VERY CLEARLY and LOUDLY heard... when it is moving about.... something that DEFINITELY would NOT be covered up if it was "real." Sheesh... "Titan the robot is the stage name of a costume created by Cyberstein Robots Ltd. in 2004, It is plastic costume worn by a human performer, not a powered exoskeleton."
Fake hovercraft (special effects), real unicycle, fake robot (man or woman in suit).
Actually, the robot is real. They made ultra realistic android humans in 2011 yes, they are creepy as hell, but they exist.
Titan the Robot is not really a robot. Ultra-realistic androids exist, but this is a guy in a mechanical-looking suit.

Titan is a man in a robotic suit because it actually is part robotic that the man inside controls. It's a human controlled humanoid-ish invention so it's not just a guy in a plastic suit.

Yes its a fake Project. The real robots are made by Japans. And the automation of robots are not realistic as in the titan so it's obvious the titan is fake.

Of course that this car is a special effect. it was a project titiled "People's Car Project" inititiated by Volkswagen to the attention of Chinese students in design. VW received 119000 draft, among them this concept of "floating car", a marvellous idea to integrate car into the urban network. This concept could be drive by an electromagnetic system.

Are you for real? Please LOOK at it. The guys in a suit. His head sits behind the conveniently placed one way mirror in the chest, that is how he sees. His arms poke out underneath the suit's arms and are covered in black to try to make them inconspicuous and the hands are remotely operated, probably by his own fingers. Look at the posture, the way it moves, that is a man in a suit. It walks like a man, moves like a man, not like a robot trying to move like a man. Then there is body language and the way the actor reponded to the aggressive man. Do you really think if you started being aggressive to a real Japanese dancing robot, that it would hunch down and keep a weary eye on the person? If you still think the robot is real there is no hope for you. Either way I'm done because you are either trolling or stupid.

You can get the hovering effect from supercooled magnets, but this car is not using that technology. Nice CGI though.
Based on the tech I've seen as of late like the Honda Robot I imagine that there is no human in the Titan robot however it is fully remote controlled. It was a huge problem for a few decades to make a robot walk like a human but since the gyro tech was established it's no longer a issue at all it's the same tech as like the Segway's vehicles, and the all newer one wheeled electric motor bikes, etc.

The first one could be recreated by using the magnetic force of the earth to slightly propel it off the ground, and knowing where it was, it would make those adjustments.
