@tling so how about an armbar half situation? The two usual gotos for the top guy are armbar with wrist control or armbar half. We drilled this last night with wrist control, but the half we're back to looking away.

Great teaching so for arm bars look into it and for halfs look away
but for 2:21 limping your arm out is hard isnt it?
it takes practice just like any type of action. It works and is very common... it's subtle so many dont even notice athletes doing it.
half is more than just looking away...there is an entire process to put pressure and weight down on the arm
