Question, I just purchased a white blazer from Banana Republic and it has shoulder pads. Would you recommend keeping them in or removing them?
Question .... How did you Scotch-guard your blazer? I want to make sure I don't ruin mine. Did you do a couple of coats or just one? Or did you just follow directions on the can? Thanks! L
I did two coats, giving each coat time to dry. Not long maybe about 15 or 20 minutes. Make sure you’re in a well ventilated area because the smell is strong. Start with a small section. Like the inside bottom (the part that would be in contact with your jeans). I think you’ll be fine but if you start there there then you’ll know for sure.
