We use to have a Jack Russell just like him when I was a child..... I do like Jacks. Cute and very loyal little dogs for all people think they're a bit snappy. Have a wonderful week. Hugs C xx
A wonderful choice of the animal- he certainly looks happy and living his best life. Once again love the colour palette, perfect autumnal colours. Thank you for taking us along despite your technical difficulties, computers can be the most troublesome inventions at times but we can’t live without them anymore.
I'd certainly be lost without mine. It opens up a whole wide world, doesn't it? I adore Jack Russells but then I'm biased as we had one in the family when we were growing up. They are such happy, energetic dogs and very loyal. Mind you walking him on cold wet wintery evenings after school, wasn't always my favourite 'chore' as a teenager.......lol. TFW Penny. Hugs C xx
Absolutely lovely, and so well placed. Your attention to the details are always perfect done. Thanks for sharing your ideas and creative thought process. 😊❤
Thank you SO MUCH for watching. I really do appreciate it. I love reading your comments and receiving feedback and thoughts.Have a fabulous day and hugs from me. C xx
Hmmm not so happy with the end result of this one. What I had in my mind's eye didn't quite work but some you win and others you don't. I do love the colour palette thought and the autumnal feel to it. Thanks so much for watching. Hugs C xx
Thanks Linda. Wasn't happy with the end result this week and looking at it again this morning, I'm still not. Can't win them all and I do like the autumnal colours and feel of it. TFW and leaving me a comment. Have a great week. Hugs C xx
Thank you so much. What I had in my mind's eye for this one didn't quite work on the page. Hey ho, some you win and some you don't... it's all a learning experience and I always have such fun doing these weekly assignments. TFW and leaving me a comment. Bless you. Hugs C xx
The Jack Russell reminded me of childhood. I'm intrigue about the dustbin reminding you of your childhood though? Is it because they were the norm back then, rather than the wheelie bins of today? Hugs C xx
@@oakhousejournals Yes - I could have been clearer!! These were the bins we had growing up, not the wheelie bins now! My brother and I were responsible for the rubbish!
lol.... they were are bins too and yep, I had to take out the full bin bags too. I didn't mind. It was one of my chores to earn my weekly pocket money and was a good life lesson....lol. C xx
Mmmmmmm? ... not one of my favourites but you've done a great job given the supplies you have at hand - I do love the colours though and using that cherry blossom washi piece to hide the telegraph pole was a brilliant idea ... well done! As always, TFS.
Yep, I'm with you on this one. I really don't like the end result. What I had in my mind's eye didn't work at all.... Uh oh ! BUT some you win and others you don't. All a journey as they say.....lol. The colour palette is definitely me. Love sunny autumnal days so wanted to capture that on this assignment. Have a wonderful week and hope it's not getting too warm for you yet? BIG hugs C xx
Lol I was struggling with this one. What I had in my mind's eye didn't want to work on the page! Not one of my all time favourites if I'm honest but as I mentioned to Pat, it's all about the fun of the process... or so I'm told 🤣 Hugs C xx
Your detailed explanation on how collage works on each of these prompts is extremely helpful and absolutely brilliant. Well done😊
Beautiful, Carol. I love your Jack Russell. 😊❤

Lovely! Love the terrier - he is gorgeous! Also, oddly, I like the rubbish bin - reminds me of childhood.

I admire you, to persevere when so many things are against you , and that cherry blossom tree over the telephone pole? Genius
