I remember hearing about E money bags way before H money!
fresh don I understand the name stealing I m guessing they gave h money bags name just to tug at e
One of my first beats I produced was E money bags song regulate with prodigy and I engineered and recorded a couple of the songs on that album
It was dope. What u doin nowadays? I regret not working with mazarati foxx when he wanted a beat from me.

Mephis Bleek and Nas went back and forth at it first in 1999. Him and Jay were takin shots on "What You Think About That". Ball till I fall what you think about that. That's why Nas on Nastradamus goes "Wanna ball till you fall, I can help you with that." Bleek kept takin shots on his album on My Mind Right "Your lifestyle is written" Nas had an album It Was Written. Is That Your Chick was about Nas baby mama. Hot 97 freestyle was in 2001 when the beef was already on. Thats why Beans was like "Na, Flex" when he put on that Nas Is Like beat.
100% Facts
😆😆 💯 % facts, word, and when oochie wally came on Jay was like "murder that!"
Don’t Forget when Jay told Bleek spit his verse on the Quiet Storm beat Beans can be heard in the Background Saying “the Bridge is Over The Bridge is Over!”
2000 was a real tricky time, cause it was the era where the real gangstas that rappers glorified started coming out of jail and wanted a piece of the action. the problem was, most of these guys COULDN'T RAP. E. Money Bags was a prime example, a legit name in the street, but the only person that ever was noted to tell him his bars didn't have the chops for official records was Tragedy Khadafi. There were exceptions, Lake and Littles were pretty decent, Cassanova 2X got better in time before he got locked up again, but most rappers that start rapping after they com out like Taxstone and others were pretty poor
U bugging saying e money bags wasn't a good rapper he was nice
Trag an old bitter 🤡 His jealousy towards certain people show alot after their death (Prodigy, E Money) .
He was nice withit. No doubt.@@marlobarksdale3144

The freestyle was 2001 in January, on a Friday evening.
I definitely heard that radio freestyle and when E and P called the station , they went to commercial break
Hey there anyway to find it on youtube
@@davon4470 good luck with that. I was listening to it live that day and have been scouring the internet for it since I discovered you can search old shit online. To this day I've never heard it on anything but I remember the call in vividly. P started talking to Jay then handing Bags the phone and it got heated quick. I know Hot 97 has the audio. Classic underrated interviews
E Money Bags was also in “Dead Presidents” video.
Bags was from Queens chillin around Pac and Big
@@thisisslugadon they say Bags really was from BK
This is SLUGADON e money bags was from Brooklyn originally he went to high school with vista rhymes and Jay-Z
@@thisisslugadon No...Bags is from Brooklyn....and moved to Queens and Rep Both
@@supremeameen8970 yeah originated in BK but lived and died for Queenz!!! ‼️✊🏿👑 #Thugadon click aka #ThugLife Live Squad
After listening to all these interviews over the years combined with what these dudes is saying, if E Money Bags lived Jay-Z would've been in some real shit! I always thought the NAS Jay-Z beef really started by NAS sort of brushing Jay off not wanting to do the hook or, perform "Dead Presidents" live. NAS was kind of stuck on himself and goes is own way which his cool. But, I think in the beginning, Jay had a lot of respect for NAS and just wanted to link up.But, bags would've had all of queens on Jay-Z ass.
This also lines up with what Tragedy once said about Jay-Z at that time , saying Jay was afraid that he and Nas might also link up and go at Jay. What People don't want to admit about Jay z at that the time was that he didn't really have Marcy projects like that nor, did he hustle so heavy there that could have a team of real street niggas from Bk to hold him down. That's why Jaz-O said that line "running reds where you used to rest your head"....."yo,I heard Malik got juxtes"yo, I heard he got Juxted again" ..'LoL underrated dis track for real.. But anyway, You can tell just by his Rocafella team being all young Philly niggas except for his little cousin Bleak?
Dodger Davis idk man because hov had preme and them behind him so it would’ve been crazy
GB GB I mean I won’t go that far but I do believe jay had a strong team behind him remember he was cool with preme and then and cats like Calvin klene from Brooklyn , he and dehaven was still cool up until the blueprint so jay had some cats behind him , E money bags wasn’t a joke tho so it would’ve been interesting
@@pedrogates3189 yeah, I don't think it would've went to the guns because by that time, Jay was different nigga so, he really didn't need "real street niggas" from Bk. He would've had professional security both on and off duty police protection and rightfully so. But, from a rap beef perspective, the streets would've belonged to Queens. And, nobody from BK , especially, in Marcy was on Jay-Z team to hold him down. Lyrically though, the streets was getting a little tired of Jay and the money talk, so another good reason to take a break and reinvent yourself as the CEO of the game.
@@pedrogates3189 yeah, like I said, on some "gangsta shit " nothing would've happened imo because no "street nigga" could've got close enough. Jay wasn't on the block posted up with mad niggas by that time, he was leaving that element of the rap game. Besides, if I'm not mistaken, Klein was already locked up and Devhaven was get money in Maryland. so, maybe they'd could've brokered a peace deal because of their G status? But not Jay. And, I dont see PREME getting involved in a rap beef to protect a BK dude regardless of who he is especially against Queens dudes. But, in the "streets of rap" especially NY, Jay would've been under some serious pressure and that swagger wouldn't have worked. But it's a shame dudes got murked over some b.s. because would've been interesting.
Hmmmm 🤔🤔🤔
Dude look and sound like uncle.murda

E Money Bags was never the hottest rapper in NYC never ever
KinG Kush but he was one of the realest
J Rey absolutely not RIP though
He didnt care about that " Rap" title like that, he was a street dude Period, Rap was his side hustle and of course a potential come up, so of course if someone had another name similar ( after his mines u) it messed with his rap thing and his street name.
I think he meant hottest like the Angriest dude in NY
Éric Smith was à réal street dude even more dangerous than most of cats out there e money bag wasn't a guy to played with.... That's why preme knew if he wasn't fixing the situation he will be dead the shit get deeper when hate was going out of control between preme and e money bag but e money bad was a street cold killer and gangster regulate was just for clarified who is who that's why it was deeper like this but queen's is the only borough who I'd real gangsta in NYC I know this
