You’re killing it with these video topics lately brother. I have been eyeing some 3 tab apartment complexes lately wondering how to approach them.
Thanks my dude. There's a few ways to approach this. ALWAYS try to get in front of the decision maker. Use direct mail, email, and LinkedIn to follow up relentlessly until you get a conversation started with someone who can make a decision.
I do have a 3/tab specific direct mail letter in the updated battle pack. I also have commercial property letter and email follow up.

Reaching out to property management companies?! That is genius man! I am definitely going to try that. That is gold 🔥 I was wondering how to deal with neighborhoods with lots of tenants.
It's all about relationship building my dude. Instead of "1 to 1" sales, try the "1 to many" approach. 1 relationship that leads to many, many deals!

My biggest barrier right now is finding out who the owner of the buisness is. I can't seem to find a website that can assist me and company employees are reluctant to give up the info.
