That was so interesting. What spirituality is not, what happiness is not. I got chills listening to this, and I remember visiting Glasgow for the first time and feeling so connected to my family roots, which were never spoken about while I was growing up. It became an overwhelming need to dig for connections to the family and there were so many there. Thanks for this Teal, Kyle and Leah. Loving this journey.
Teal has been my sage since my awakening began in 2015. I have one brother, we are 2 years apart and are now 51 and 49. I believe in my heart we came to heal the ancestral pattern running in our parents lineages: a philandering father and submissive disempowered mother. Neither of us wanted children as to perpetuate the dysfunction we experienced. I've spent my entire life learning to have a voice and become an empowered woman (and never had any children) and my brother married my best friend and is the most incredible present, giving, loving, trustworthy father and husband. He is the apple of his kids eyes. To see them so close to him warms my heart b/c we had an emotionally unavailable volatile father. Thank you all for this conversation. Love to all xx

And people under 50 people under 40 are no longer going to use drugs or alcohol over ancestral pain. We walk in pur parents shoes. Roy masters drove that home so much.
I will never be tried of any sort of videos that she is going to be in because of her insights into our journey and the things we need to know about that is the only thing that is going to be needed to be clear of what we are going to be able to give it to the Source Creator's and the plan's that they are able to see that they can do it in the current now moment and they will have to ask for the help and be still and observe then they can be able to receive the same thing as they have been trying to find a way that will be able to get into the next step but they have to be in alignment for the now is all that is. IFS wasn't the first of parts work though. She may have pulled from IFS but parts work has been around before Schwartz created that specific framework for it. (I'm a therapist that utilizes IFS lol but know he has pulled from different places, even indigenous wisdom around parts work)
